This is the first time it has been graded. It was pressed by CGC. My brother expects to receive it in the mail today. I really want to see the back cover to see if the pressing fixed the issues seen in the original images I provided.

For the record, my market crash thread was the best one.

I was thinking 8.0 to 8.5. Back top cover looks like a manufacturing defect.

The grade is in! 9.0! Picture to come. My older brother is looking to get back into comics. He got out of comics in the early 90s like everyone else. After the recent Avengers movie he is jumping back in. He has some pretty good books he is looking to get graded. He sent me a few picks of his Hulk 181, not the best pics, but perhaps a grade range could be determine. Looks like it needs a press based on what I see. Stamp is intact.

And those reprints are selling for around $25 each on eBay now lol.
