I've yet to hear one person say they are a huge fan of his. Heck, even that they like it at all. Who's buying these up? I would never knock his talent or style, it's just not for me. Are teens buying them up? Kids? My girlfriend. He's worked on a Neil Gaiman book and she started liking him then. Does he have a strong female fan base? Or majority female?

The Books a Million is the Noto. I really like that one but went with the 1:25 Plunkett. Long term I'd see this much more sought after than the BAM.

+1 And it would be one thing if any of them were actually "new" and/or "different" characters. These just seem like superfluous minority knock-offs of the "real" characters. -J. I agree, to a certain extent. I wish we could get some original, new characters once in a while. It seems all of the "popular" ones are of the knock-off type. Who was the last original character to stick? 90's X-men? Gambit, DP, Cable, Bishop, etc.? That's a really good point. Does Marvel direct the creators to stick with what sells and not go out and create a new character(s). Serious question, I'm not too hip to the ways of the big two. If so that would be really hard to be a creator and feel ultimately creative.

Please enlighten me on the benefits of re-numbering then... It. Makes. NO. sense. It's an easy fix. Legacy numbering for collector base. Season headers to build reader base. Just trying to see a bright side Larry. That's all, I'm no expert. Just sharing my opinion. I want what is best for the series and creators. I'm definitely not the one who knows exactly what that is. I've never paid attention to any re-numbering print run data. If you have some and it's not to late, may be helpful for the team to know.

Did everyone forget a show is in the works? Regardless of what the numbering system is, the earlier issues are set to explode. Also, keep in mind if the show is picked up for seasons each volume will skyrocket with each season on the air.
