    Hmmm. Exactly how does Ebay handle 'he said/he said' situations? If they side with the buyer (the returner in this case), doesn't that mean every buyer on Ebay is at risk (because the seller can just send an empty box)? If they side with @The Green Ghost, doesn't that open the door for all scammers who claim "he never sent it"?

    @Jennifer F. I haven't checked myself, but I've heard that 'Mechanical Error' is an option on the online form and that you don't even have to call when returning ME slabs. Could you please verify this or, at least, supply info on why ME is on the form and how to use it.

    CGC states that each box opening is video-taped. "it is opened by trained CGC staff under security cameras" Not sure how you could use this info.
