  1. Clearly he is flat out lying to you. Which basically makes him a thief at this point.
  2. Wait a minute..........
  3. That would assume they actually open the book They would maybe find half of the "tips".
  4. If anyone is aware of golden age Frazetta dropping in price let me know where.
  5. The reference definitely has some mistakes. It also list one of the covers for #2 as Ball and Chain. I don't think that is correct. When I look on ebay it does appear almost all of the Tree of Death are hardcover. Although this listing in the description says mass market paperback. But with only the one photo it is hard to tell. https://www.ebay.com/itm/265844402028?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20201210111314%26meid%3Dc23dd156baa24b04879626ad0f7baf53%26pid%3D101195%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D225591315566%26itm%3D265844402028%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675%26algv%3DSimplAMLv11WebTrimmedV3MskuWithLambda85KnnRecallV1V4V6ItemNrtInQueryAndCassiniVisualRankerAndBertRecall&_trksid=p2047675.c101195.m1851&amdata=cksum%3A265844402028c23dd156baa24b04879626ad0f7baf53|enc%3AAQAIAAABYA2rugFlOq3qu1cLac%2F%2Fk6Vp0Oa0HaJIqoXKeIiOR%2BTUgsSvHaeyPxKYu6UqHqq7GaGyKVqHQnjeiiXcQpMGw2t3aB%2BssGfjtIWOBj8wExc7oYYP7xGMyQCrHDyDaSaWjB1CueI3A94n0yxXX5dx5gCMj47PJQW7ZT4A%2FwBffePRI%2FEr0CcnLuemfp1lyQW4iF3WAIcEWspg5JG43uUhAMY%2Fx12c1MY%2BWs2Mz6wDwSeDXDn3h7Syvyr3h1JNzelRv15gEfFMM1S8M7spyWtCO1nY4CkA0h0WgUlMJmPYXHXH0FwybqAGsuGUrYWv6J6TtQerBKi0ACbwFfdQmLJbg6WOXUaAvZHKm%2FIIusjBDfHRd6jaSpbaTDSOqdTzelgy0hfljDF7CwJEepc3wc2g%2BXCLrLXJQLe122r%2BaoITrzB2z%2BoVGaV7EtqS4ZQ3nyUlzRcjFxZrBz2H6cd71YmSE7o%3D|ampid%3APL_CLK|clp%3A2047675&epid=1700222263
  6. That is correct. There were also multiple Frazetta covers for the book.
  7. And there it is. Definitive proof that CGC is not looking at every book. Glad we could put that to rest.
  8. If you stop recognizing certain things as mechanical errors and shorten the window to submit errors you get to claim the % of mechanical errors is decreasing.
  9. So because you don't agree with what he offered you think his account should be suspended and no longer be able to sell on ebay?
  10. The "mistake" was whatever the original error was. Incompetence is that error making it through QC.
  11. I'm not even talking about damage. I'm talking about examples like above with all the information missing from the label. If CGC is saying someone inspected that book then you have to question if they are telling the truth or the person who inspected it has no idea what they are doing.
  12. I'm curious what the cutoff for the OP is on length of time. They stated it would be unreasonable if they got the book back a year later to ask for a refund. So where is the line in the sand?
  13. There aren't that many options here. Either they don't look at every book or some of the people looking at books are completely incompetent at their jobs. How else can you explain something like bad labels continuing to go out the door?
  14. Are they really crystal clear if they have Newton rings?
  15. I'm starting to question my high opinion of you.
  16. Shocking you think the one other guy who agrees with you is spot on. Shocking I tell you.
  17. Is this the straw that broke the camel's back for some of you? Its mind boggling to me it hasn't already happened.
  18. So what if you use a facilitator or a shop to submit for you? Its like the biggest FU they can possibly come up with. Not 4 weeks. Not 3 weeks. 2 frigging weeks. Better pray you aren't out of town when books come in. Just when you think they couldn't possibly care less about their customers they do something like that. Good work.
  19. Always a sad day. I will always regret not going to the museum when he was alive.
  20. The best part was the Frazetta Museum was at the convention and got to show them. We had a good laugh about it. You see some crazy stuff.
  21. Saw this DVD at a convention this weekend. Look familiar?
  22. I was just giving you a hard time. But it may help get a few sales.
