    I'm generally pretty harsh on CGC, but I don't think it is their job to police what companies are doing outside of CGC. But yeah, once they stopped paying their CGC bills, its a problem.

    I have a feeling its buried in this part. Sounds like one more broken promise. CGC was expecting a payment. None came. Why would they be waiting for CGC to get back to them to make the payment?

    I think the problem is some of the examples we continue to see are so blatant. It just makes you question the entire process.

    I just assume everyone uses their own definition of what a key issue is. You don't have to listen to anyone else.

    You invest profits back in to your business. You invest personal funds. You find investors. Or do what you did. You used all the money customers sent you to expand. And here you are. If that were not true you would at least be able to offer substantial refunds to every customer.

    So he doesn't have the money people originally sent him for the work. If he did he could do refunds. So then the only way he can hope to give refunds is to get money from new customers. I believe there is a word for this.
