    Is what a rule? That a buyer can stipulate payments terms?

    Personally I think having to disclose you don't have the book in hand should be a no brainer requirement. Buyers may choose not to do business with that seller for that very reason and avoid any of the associated issues. That is not the same as saying they have recourse after the fact.

    A seller can certainly add stipulations in their thread about when they expect payment. "I require payment in xx period of time". I would think a buyer not following that stipulation could be put on the probation list.

    You also don't know if a seller had the books for sale somewhere else. But I believe that is also a rule. Its just something to be hopefully followed.

    I'm all for a rule the seller needs to clearly state if they don't have the book in hand. Outside of that let the buyer decide if they want to buy it or not.

    Maybe post prices first. Honestly I'm not really sure which ones I would be interested in. We also have a Vampirella thread over in the magazine section that would be interested (even if they are not all magazines).

    Rank as many as you want. But obviously if you rank less than the pick you are you risk running out of options and then they have to skip over you. I always wait until I see where my pick is before I waste time doing my ranking.
