The whole W-2 thing is just silly. It is just semantics. At best it is a meaningless distinction and at worst it was done on purpose as a get out jail free card.

So for those that track this closely. Does it appear anything is moving faster? Do we think CGC has hired more people to help speed things up?

Its always an easy out to say you paid a fine/settlement because it was cheaper than continuing the legal battle. And of course sometimes it might be true. But to point to that as some kind of argument you are not guilty is just not very believable.

Some mistakes shouldn't happen no matter how many books they are grading. Swapped labels is one. Here is the problem (well one of the problems). It may be impossible to actually notice the mistake. You send in two copies of the same book. One gets a 9.8 and one gets a 9.6. How would you ever know if the labels were swapped? Same with printings. You send in a first print and a second print. How would you know if they swapped the labels?

I can't imagine the pain of selling a full run on ebay and have someone argue over the grade of every book and looking for discounts.

The point would be reassuring your customers that the problem is being addressed in some way to prevent it happening again. And it is a big leap from coming in here every time someone posts something to never coming in here when multiple people post recurring issues.
