    CGC is almost certainly at fault for not catching the box and then they refuse to fix the situation because they don't have the resources to find a box. This is crazy town, right? You shouldn't be running a business like this.

    I am pretty naïve to how the whole pressing thing works, but do they really revert back to pre pressing condition in such a short time? Because that sounds horrible.

    You shouldn't have to be "lucky" to get the service you paid for. I think most of us would expect from any company we deal with in this type of situation is some kind discount/credit.
