    About 40 years ago, the owner of my LCS had the Church copy of Batman #20. I told him a million times, if you ever want to part with it, I'm your huckleberry. One Sunday morning, he called me. Rent was due, and he was short. I could have the Batman #20 for $600 cash. I was 16 or 17 years old, and didn't have the money. I had to decline, and it haunts me to this day.

    $22,000 I've added the grader's notes below. There is a light bend through the whole book that could be pressed out. No recent sales in 8.0, but a 7.0 sold for $13,200 last September. A 7.5 sold for $15,000 in November 2021.
