On magazines it is a qualified signature series but with magazines there is no hybrid label (at least mine didn't get it). It is yellow BUT they state the damage on notes in the label and it is in census as qualified. I had a Disney magazine signed by Katherine Doctrice the actress that played Jane Banks on Mary Poppins. Had quickly bought the book form eBay and rushed it off to meet a deadline not ever noticing the damage. I'd email CGC to see how they would label it potentially.

Thank you so much. I agree about the notation. I submitted a Scooby Doo#10 blue label one of only two books in any census for a remarque and have been trying to figure out when exactly the signing took place. I did see on the Census a lot of Green Lantern books hit Signature Series recently so I was hopeful!

It depends on the artist, time restraints, and at times how much they get into the sketch. I've had a couple get so into a Scooby sketch they added the color without asking and other times they apologized for not having it in color but they didn't have their markers on them that day. If you are ever at a show and have a artist that is a cartoonist do a commission for you, it will be rarer to not get colors.
