  1. Cover recreation of Fantastic Four #39. Only instead of Dr. Doom, my usual go to character. Art by Greg Woronchak.
  2. Congratulations in joining the ONE-OF-A-KIND CGC SS Scooby Club. To date I have 17 completed one of a kind Scooby books with three more in the hands of a facilitator on their way to CGC. After my newest three are graded, there will be a total of 35 One-Of-A-Kind Scooby's in existence. A total of 56 (59 in the next month or so) different type of Scooby Books in the signature series.
  3. Ray, One Stop Comic Shop @Par2ch I believe is facilitating Planet Comic Con in Kansas City this year. Here is his website... https://onestopcomicshop.com/events-%26-cgc-submissions
  4. Sweet! I met Henry Winkler a few years ago, a really stand out guy. A 9.8 Gold Key is a rare sighting indeed.
  5. Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman together or Peter by himself might just break the grand total of Todd McFarlane's submission totals. It be fun to see (and I'd be one of those trying for a Laird signature.)
  6. Jam done! Idea came about in 2016 and started it in 2017, Finished January 2023...
  7. It was a fun project at the beginning a couple artist were a little hesitant (mostly because I had a few that didn't usually do remark sized pieces) but as the years went by I would be stopped by artist at their tables when I walked by with it in my arms asking if they could look at it and talking shop if they noticed a friend's sketch on it. The past year they started thanking me when I asked to get onto their sketch list and had me promise to send them a picture or show them the finished piece. At my convention today, about 5 previous artist were there all I had to do was say I finished the jam and they instantly quoted what character they had drawn before I turned it around to show them. A few of them asked when my next jam was starting, I just need to find the blue line art boards again. 1.) Michaelangelo and Master Splinter by Dan Nakrosis 4/29/17 East Coast Comic Con 2017 2.) 8. I have been keeping a running record on the computer, so here we go... 9. Not a slab, but the jam piece from 2017 was completed today and of course, Scooby made an appearance.
  10. Those two wouldn't have been signed. I had also brought a coverless one that I did have him sign on the splash as my reader copy. I rarely go to the big cons but have been finding smaller ones are increasingly (not always of course) starting to get more of a cgc presence. I might have gotten the .5 signed but the nicer copy would have just been sent in future unsigned as a blue label.
  11. Roy Thomas was at a very small show in Wayne NJ. They had a facilitator on sight which is always a nice surprise.
  12. Greg Woronchak had these for sale on his Ebay page and being a Scooby Fan I couldn't pass up. Scooby mashups for Star Wars and Fantastic Four.
  13. I miss reading those ads! I wish they had a new generation of ads.
  14. Thank you for the history, I never knew that.
  15. I appreciate it, I'll have to try and catch it on a rerun.
  16. That is true 80's history you have their in the vault!
  17. Baltimore Comic Con 2021: Bought a copy of E-Man #1 around 9/15/21 to have it signed. Signed 10/23/21 CGC unboxed 12/9/21 Shipped 11/28/22 Arrived 12/1/22 Comic is pushed pretty close to right side a little part of the page seems pushed. At least it will be cracked open again 1/28/23 to add another part of the SS program on it and CGC will have it again. CGC will have this comic longer than I have physically owned it. Oh well, it's the game we play.
  18. Scooby books most signed by Don Perlin. #5 signed by Dan Slott and Andrew Pepoy
  19. Joe Staton remarks. # 5 signed by Dan Slott and Andrew Pepoy The others signed by Don Perlin. Thanks @Rich_Henn
  20. Thanks to @Rich_Henn for facilitating. All remark sketched by Joe Staton. Signatures by Don Perlin. #5 Signed by Dan Slott, & Andrew Pepoy.
  21. Had this happen to me once, you need to take pictures of the front, back, and of the label and email CGC customer service as evidence it is one of there's, also send along the screenshot of the actual search in their database results. In a rare occasion when they update computers one or two label's fall off the radar for registry.
