  1. Always been that way for paper sketches, prints, and photos. Verification check only works for magazines and comics. You can't search them up, or at least I haven't been able to for years. It's an odd niche, I can only assume it breaks some algorithm somewhere in regards to a census.
  2. If you go by signature series, Peter Laird has to be somewhere near the top.
  3. Thank's Ray, I feel a little better about my Joe Staton holdings now. You still have a ways to catch up to me though. When Joe retires, CGC will see at minimum a 60 - 80% reduction of submissions from me.
  4. Thank you Mike! This will definitely be coming back to CGC again in the near future for the reholder/return of the full names. Yes, the names are correct.
  5. Very fortunate the slab survived. Skinny bubble mailer traveling media mail. New ebay seller.
  6. Not new, but a new question. Since the new cgc magazine case allows for text on the back, is there any chance to have this reholdered and the full names restored rather than last names and dates... Pablo Marcos 10/15/11 Chris Claremont 10/16/11 Ken Bald 4/29/17 Klaus Janson 9/23/17 Marv Wolfman 9/24/17 Neal Adams 9/25/17 Roy Thomas 4/27/18 @CGC Mike
  7. Updated Art: In 2019 Joe Staton did a Velma reading mad magazine infinity cover. Later in 2019, BJ Ward was added to it. Chiller Theatre April 2022, Rich Henn added Mindy Cohn for me. Fun fact, the new magazine cases allow for extra characters when noting signatures so they can add to the back. Had I made a unboxing video, it would have been rather funny since I thought it was left off after a year wait. Glad I flipped it over before emailing CGC lol.
  8. Mad Magazine infinity reading sketch if Velma by Joe Staton. Previously signed by BJ Ward, now with Mindy Cohn with a Jinkies, courtesy of @Rich_Henn from Chiller Theatre April 2022.
  9. Awesome Con DC 2022 thanks to @Rich_Henn for facilitating. Anthony Daniel's on a multiplication workbook.
  10. Chiller Theatre April 2022 thanks to @Rich_Henn both times this book got signed. Fun fact, with the new magazine case, you get more characters for signature information. Would have made a humorous unboxing video since I at first thought there was a mistake and they forgot to notate one of the signatures after waiting over a year for the book... They now notate names and stats on back too. Apologies for the upside down back label been at it 5 minutes but still shows upside down. Loretta Switt Chiller 2021 Jamie Farr Chiller 2022 Jeff Maxwell Chiller 2022
  11. Been at CGC long time, but Anthony Daniels has returned thanks to @Rich_Henn awesome con 2022
  12. Thank you, I'm slowly building a CGC registry of Signature Series Scooby books from this series as it was my childhood series. Part of the challenge is hunting down the books raw again, my childhood set has long since been autographed by Joe Staton and various other writers and artist over the span of a 5 year period. If I can ever figure out how to use the old registry on my phone, I'd upload pictures to it of the slabs. I know I'll probably never complete that registry set, but I can get the satisfaction of trying. It's not exactly a set that can be bought off of eBay or an auction house. There are currently 16 books signature series from that series in signature series. I only don't own two of them and I have never seen them pop up on eBay #1 & #125. The hunt is on!
  13. Art by Jason Flowers Gator Ghoul from Scooby Doo Captain Cutler from Scooby Doo Master Splinter from TMNT
  14. Thanks to @Agents Of Slabs for facilitating at Megacon Orlando. Mike Decarlo added a Shaggy to a slabbed Scooby Doo #16 (Previously Remarque by Joe Staton and signed by Hilarie Staton.) Mike Decarlo added a Shaggy to a Scooby Doo #3 and signed by Andrew Pepoy.
  15. Thanks to @Agents Of Slabs for attending Megacon Orlando and facilitating. Scooby Doo #3 signed with a Shaggy Remarque on the monster by Mike Decarlo and signed by Andrew Pepoy. One day I'll add Joe Staton's Remarque. There is only one other Scooby Doo #3 in the signature series. It is a 9.8 and a direct edition. This is a 8.5 and Newsstand. I own both issues. Hopefully no one submitted a #3 for the Joe Staton private signing or my record will crumble lol. Scooby Doo #16 back in 2019 was signed and Remarqued by Joe Staton of a Scooby. It was sent off with a facilitator and unluckily it was the ONLY show that year his wife Hilarie had a previous engagement. So I had to have it cracked out in Baltimore 2019 for her to sign. At this year's Megaton Orlando, @Agents Of Slabs was able to add Mike Decarlo and a Shaggy Remarque.
  16. This book was a 4.5, I had it pressed and added John Romita 's signature.... So yes, books can drop.
  17. Updated art, now with Stephen Costantino's autograph. Gamorrean Guard
  18. Greg Woronchak with a Scooby Fantastic Four mashup. First time ever going for a custom label.
  19. I finally joined the Hulk 181 club! It has a little more than a tiny bit missing, but at least it presents nice.
  20. Jealous! I've been looking for the green variant forever...the original copy too come to think of it.
  21. Not sure if it will make you feel any better.... Same status for a few months on two of them the 6/9 changed to grading/quality control today.
  22. Now that's a book to be proud of! What show was Mark Hamil at?
