  1. Action Comics #340 Origin and 1st appearance of Parasite Signed by Jim Shooter at Megacon Orlando thanks to @Rich_Henn
  2. My previous lone signature series copy at a 5.5 was just replaced by myself with a 6.0
  3. I normally try to avoid F.O.M.O. purchases, but with Scooby signature series in general, especially in the 1997 series, there isn't exactly a couple dozen options and grades listed for sale weekly. This was saved from ebay Scooby Doo #71 signed by Matthew Lillard.
  4. Thanks to @Agents Of Slabs for facilitating at Megacon. There are now two Henry Winkler muppet magazines on the census. This is a slight upgrade from when I had Winkler sign my last copy years ago.
  5. I usually don't drive 90 miles each way to a small show with no cgc presence, but two Scooby artist were there. Joe Staton remarqued the whole gang. Bob Petrecca (who did 1 issue of Scooby Doo) did a Scooby head sketch and I bought the original last page from his story. I'll probably have the Bob sketch signed on the back by Giffen with a facilitator to get a hybrid label, which will match the background color scheme. Debating on sending the other in for a full green label...
  6. Sweet! I actually didn't send my copy in for Joe Staton to sign at his private signing for worry that CGC wouldn't slab it. It will be getting signed at Baltimore by Joe Staton. Don't worry, pretty sure that mine is nowhere near your grade.
  7. Another Joe Staton sketch saved from the depths of ebay. Trying to find top leaders for these odd shapes is driving me nuts. It's too small for a 11 x 17 top loader, and too large for a treasury bag and board. I want to store the paper sketches sideways in a short cgc box rather than a portfolio.
  8. It is rare, for me to purchase or commission a non-scooby or cartoon sketch. Then again, one of the artist has about close to 20 Scooby credits to their name. This, is a book I have been watching on ebay for years. It has had different prices, and I'm pretty sure different sellers. I am a sucker for color pencil finished sketches. Mike Decarlo Aquaman fight scene on the front. Nick Justus Aquaman fight scene on the back.
  9. Bob Gunton added to Ghostbusters sketch cover.
  10. Bob Gunton added to the backside of the sketch cover at Chiller thanks to @Rich_Henn.
  11. Lone copy on the census, qualified cgc. I should really check Ebay purchases before sending books off to get signed, but this was a close call to make the mailing cutoff. Seems a missing coupon was cut out on Pg. 3 Hard to get unique magazines though. Karen Dotrice "Jane Banks" from Mary Poppins.
  12. Thank you, I'm that one oddball. I care more about unique books, the lone wolf on the census, or the lowest grade when it comes to signature series. When I bought the book it had the signature from 2015 and was a lower grade before pressing. I can see it potentially dropping next crack but that is the risk you play. Looks a bit wavy on the top of the book now...
  13. Trying to get a full cast from season one on this one. Only a few villains left and hoping to add the cover artist this July. This is about a decade project since this book got its first signature.
  14. Bit of a personal grail. Green Lantern #11 from 1962. When Joe Staton was a teenager, his fan letter was published in the issue. It even states so in the label notes. Signed by Joe Staton on 1/28/23.
  15. Bit of a personal grail. Green Lantern #11 from 1962. When Joe Staton was a teenager, his fan letter was published in the issue. It even states so in the label notes. Signed by Joe Staton on 1/28/23.
  16. Wrestlers: Andrew Anderson, & Tony Atlas Sketch: Darren Auck
