  1. Someone got bid up automatically. Let's see some consistency before ruling that one a heat up.
  2. It's a tough one to find and likely lower print run that the #1 Killing Joke swipe being issue #12. Apocalypse Comics would be the only people who would know exact numbers, but judging from the availability of #1 compared to #12, it's clearly the ghost of the 2. edit: WorthPoint has it listed as last sold in 2015. So it's a current ghost and I am not a member to see what it last sold for. I got mine with the #1 a few years ago from the same seller. Midtown sold them for $5.53 at one point as well. I paid about 10X that for it I am sure. Good luck and POST THE ORIGINAL ART!!!!! As with any niche collectible, you can either set a high Buy It Now price and do best offer, or start an auction and hope for a high final sales price with a comfortable reserve.
  3. Overpriced a little IMO (just like the 9.0 slab out there and why it hasn't sold in almost 8 months), my average for a RAW is $300 shipped (Internationally too). No shots of the back cover, or out of the bag/board. Some of those hard stress marks look more 8.5 than 9.0 but a press could be good. A lot of attention has been brought on this book lately for being a very desirable variant that is hard to find so I guess we have to see what happens with it.
  4. You're beautiful. Awesome! One down on the list for a fellow boardie.
  5. That book is why I gave up the chase on collecting all the Retail and Convention exclusives.
  6. Nice, I was watching that one too, just failed to see it sold. Well "Till All Are One" is everything we lost with Formerly RID when they returned to Earth again. A lot of readers are extremely happy with the book and we are only 3 issues in. And.....You sell your Transformers books?!??!!?!? Why would you do such a thing?!?!?!
  7. Some record setting sales for some rare TF variants this past week. MTMTE #12 1:10 Variant crushes at $200 Till All Are One #1 1:25 at $150.
  8. PM me a list of what you need, I have a slew of stuff on eBay right now too, you can check the link in my signature. In my signature also is a link to my collection using the CLZ comics app. I am also a member of a few TF groups that wouldn't mind you sharing too. As long as it's IDW Gen 1 you can always share here.
  9. Good thing that's not where I found mine at. And Honestly, I've pulled $300 books out of their bins for $4.50. Like any comic shop, they cannot catch them all! Most recently pulled a Hulk #92 for $12.00, a New X-Men #20 Variant for $6,00 and a few other really cool books. If you dive through enough boxes, you can find stuff.
  10. Of course not, I cleaned out every store in the Orlando area, including the one I work at 5 days ago. Too slow Junior.
  11. You are after a very popular book my friend, and as you can see aother fellow board member just nabbed themselves a copy for a HUGE discount vs. Market average! The One!!! Last one needed for me to have my complete run! I (and a few others here) are looking for this one from July 2011. If you see it, you will have some people who want it for sure. I think it might be the toughest TF book to find from IDW's run. Welcome to the boards! I appreciate real fans posting in here vs, the pump/dump opportunist who showed his arse a few pages back. Looking forward to you contributing. BTW, I read TF #56 today, It for sure was supposed to be released the same time as Titans Return. Then read MTMTE #56.
  12. WOW, NICE GRAB!!! Front cover is very forgiving to stress marks being white, most will press out, back cover not so much. Good luck on condition!
  13. IDK, but if you say they didn't release it, and one got out, maybe there are others. I also have heard of other TF people chasing it, I just never paid attention to it. I stopped chasing some of the RE's because people would gouge, like this one and I am only set on TF #22 RI, all others are just a distraction.
  14. August 6th was the last sale of the Hastings book, and it's doing as well as any false hyped book is. And you guys will believe the distraction, but the picture of Zendaya with red dyed hair was shown already. She isn't Silk, and Cindy is nowhere on the radar.
  15. I am not sure which is the cause of the release schedule botches, but it's now the second time they have done this recently. New editor in chief, and with Revolution I assume it might be the cause. RI-B is according to MCS a 3rd variant with the higher ratio of 1:20, with the Cover B being a 1:5 Variant, cover and RI-A being a 1:10? I'll have to check more into that. Either way, RI-B is one of the coolest covers with 125 RI covers on the cover. Inception style.
  16. IDW botched the story flow again. A few weeks ago, they released Titans Return One Shot prior to TF #55 which needs to be read in reverse order. Then, this week, they released MTMTE #56 before TF #56. If you read MTMTE #56, you will be spoiled on a major plot point leading into Titans Return. Also, the Death Of Optimus Prime 1:20 Variant, which is extremely hard to find just popped up on eBay Disclaimer: Not mine! I nabbed mine years ago for cheap and it feels so good! BTW: Here's one of the GRAIL's! 1:50 Spotlight Sixshot!!!!!!!
  17. TFAW doe not guarantee anything above a 7.5 VF- for condition. Read the terms of sale.
  18. Was 157 under-ordered? Are you guys all seeing sell outs in your local area?
  19. Found an X-Factor blue in back stock last week, sold in 1 day for $20.00
  20. Can't believe I forgot james Raiz. Check this piece out. Video of him drawing it:
  21. Alex Milne, Casey Coller, Guido Guidi. Andrew Griffith are some of the BEST Transformers artists. I would say Don Figueroa too, who designed the Stealth Bomber Megatron, but there is a lot of Bad Blood between him and IDW over that design and he has sworn off all Transformers drawings IIRC.
  22. I have not seen an y plans on any IDW related information sources, but agree they need to do more of those for sure.
  23. You are correct. I guess this is my "Grail" since it it the last one missing from the run. Good luck. I've only found one person who claims to have one and he isn't budging whenever I inquired about him selling it. Oh, I will find it eventually. Being that it is James Roberts' first work in continuity, I have to find it. I have hopes on a Signature Series of #22 and #23 with signatures from Milne and Roberts. One day........I will complete it. As for discussion of the books: Anyone else finish "All Hail Optimus" in Transformers (Formerly Robots In Disguise) #55? They said it was going to be a conclusion, they delivered (mostly)! Plot details and Spoilers. The entire plot run since issue #28, with the exception of the Combiner Wars, has now come together as a really great read. Better than the 09 Ongoing for sure! It also appears that #55 of both titles was supposed to come out before the Titans Return One Shot which came a out a week earlier than TF #55. Oh well. Really want to see what is in store for Fort Max in MTMTE, but next up is Till All Are One #3.
  24. You are correct. I guess this is my "Grail" since it it the last one missing from the run.
