  1. I expected him to look something like in the comics. Silly me.
  2. I'm sorry; Thanos looks terrible there. Disappointing.
  3. I know that's often quoted, but it's not true. It's more like 30 minutes. I timed it once. But your general point is valid.
  4. Ultimately the first season left me cold, and it appears to be going further off track.
  5. Nice catch. Anybody have a link to large images like that for the rest of the titles. I still can't read the Spider-Man one. I know it starts with Ultimate SM, but the rest isn't legible. I can't seem to find the images that size anywhere.
  6. Thank you Bababooey. I saw some of those earlier, but couldn't find the others. I guess Doctor Strange is out there somewhere as well...
  7. With all the nonsense of stopping and restarting titles, I'm wondering if anybody could outline how the "current" number of these titles is achieved (i.e., which runs counted toward it): Captain Marvel (126) Daredevil (595) Doctor Strange (381) Guardians of the Galaxy (146) Moon Knight (188) Peter Parker, Spectacular Spider-Man (297) Punisher (218) She-Hulk (159) Spider-Man (234) Marvel's lunacy makes cataloging collections very difficult... Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
  8. I agree. That was a disappointing look for Thanos. And the voice was not menacing enough. Overall the trailer was meh.
  9. Yes, Ragnarok is supposed to be funny. Maybe these movies are good and stand on their own in their own way, but the MCU has consistently missed the mark with adapting the Marvel Universe. Sometimes by a wide margin. These movies are simply not the Marvel comic universe come to life. In the words of Chick Hearn, it's been more of a disappointment than a surprise.
  10. You know, for a terrible split second, when I first saw him walking behind the army I thought he had died ,turned into one of them, and was joining them on the march. Just the way he was walking.
  11. It had to be information from the Three Eyed Raven. I get the books and series mixed up, but I don't believe anybody could have known he pushed the sister out the "door" in the floor. And Bran was sitting up there with Sansa like a judge. ...and, despite what others think, I don't think Sansa is that bright. Arya, yes, Sansa, no.
  12. This is probably the difference from other seasons. The writers gave the audience what they wanted. George denies them what they think they want and gives them what they feared. Still, very well done finale and season.
  13. Ah, yeah, the thought did start with Viserion. But still, magic is magic. If they can be brought back to real life, regeneration of body parts doesn't seem like much of a jump. As for Ned...he wasn't zombified before, you know.
