This is a good idea, but I would be happy to pay a small fee to use the boards..whether it was a one time thing or annual is for others to decide. I would be willing to bet that a $10-20 fee for each new account created would discourage most of the shills and troublemakers. So, the majority should pay for the transgressions/immaturity/insanity of a relatively few? I'm thinking...no.

Everybody should have an opportunity to present their side of the story. But in this case, I'm having a hard time imagining a plausible acceptable explanation that doesn't make holyghost look very shady.... Like there's no good ending to a sentence that starts "So, I threw him in the trunk..."

So, if the highest grade known to exist of a particular book is, say, a 6.5 that's a high grade book. If years later a 9.0 copy suddenly appears, what happens to the 6.5? Then it's a mid grade? It magically changes grading level? As has been stated by others, grade, scarcity and value are separate things...

I think there should be one instructional thread stickied to the top of General with links to the other threads (search, packaging etc) in the instructional thread...otherwise General would start on page 3 because of all the stickied threads.
