I still want to know where Reed's ropes came from. The monster sure didn't have them. No one else was bothering them. Was it Sue being kinky at an inopportune time?

I did almost enjoy the Trial arc, until Byrne inserted himself, ruining the gravitos of the arc for me. I know it was because of Assistant Editor's month or whatever other excuse, but that doesn't hold water for me, as he loved inserting himself into the comics/covers whenever he could. Ruined the story for me.
I do love that aspect of Galactus he created, though. Perfectly logical, and IMO makes him a lot more intimidating and just plain scarier.

Byrne does seem to polarise.
With his attitude I'm surprised his reputation is as good as it is (and that's not saying much). But anyway, he definitely belongs here, as his run is generally recognised as one of the greats, no denying that.

Can't stand Byrne, but besides that I dislike his FF run (I do love his X-Men work, so it's not like I've thrown everything of his out, I judge it based on its own merit, I just so happen to think the man is trash in general), and a slog to get through, just too outdated for me in a way that Lee/Kirby never could. I agree with all your other choices, though. Top runs, especially Hickman.

Yep, 60 years ago today Fantastic Four #1 hit shelves, marking a change in comics forever, and the start of the Marvel revolution. Celebrate with your favourite covers, or just funny stories and anecdotes!

Making fun of people's names by purposely saying/spelling them wrong? Grade school immaturity, designed to draw attention to an otherwise completely vapid response.
I was like, accused of being vapid once. I like thanked them and said yeah, I am pretty fast.

I'm interested in this show. Obviously it'll depend on how much I enjoy Suicide Squad, but I'm somehow really looking forward to the Peacemaker show. I don't know a heck of a lot about the character (almost nothing really) and I've only really ever seen John Cena in the Bumblebee movie, yet I think it could be good seeing it's got Gunn at the helm.

Depends is going nuts on this thread, hoping it's bought all your customer data.

finally have watched the Mandalorian, thanks to my friend @Piper.
Very good show! I think it is the best Star Wars since Empire Strikes Back.
I will give Disney credit for Rogue One. That film, to me, is right up there with the OT, fittingly enough.

Do they not take a photo of your package on your front porch there as an alternate to signature confirmation? That's what they do here, and it's pretty easy to see immediately when they've deliverered something to the wrong address.
Best wishes getting it sorted, and I hope the book shows up.

The pedo director starts the movie by killing an animal. par for the course, I guess.
Those are two very different concepts at play there. And I second the 'huh'?

We need to see HIS abs to see what we'll obviously look like after just 45 days. How dare they show him wussing out and wearing a shirt. You know who would never do that? KENG!!

I've tried emailing him twice within the last 3 weeks trying to get his attention to purchase a page of OA from him if it's still available, and I just can't get a reply from him. I've got his @aol.com email address, and it's being sent from my @gmail email, so I don't see why I'd be going into his spam folder.
Anyone else experiencing the same difficulties? Is he on holidays?
