  1. Also, omni's don't tend to be as heavy anymore as they were in the beginning. They now generally use a much lighter paper stock, and they wouldn't be anywhere near as efficient for knocking someone out cold. Bottom line is they're much more comfortable to read, although personally, I preferred the thicker paper.

I also don't think they've ever done Masterworks volumes for a licensed property, have they?

  2. And who could forget the classiest photo ever taken, the photo of him on the toilet with a copy of AF15? I know that screams 'a guy with class, a guy you want handling books you want to buy'.

Oh no wait, it's the complete opposite. It's completely gross and lacking any iota of class. Who takes a photo of themselves on the toilet, for goodness sake?

Wow, I just tried to make sense of all the Youngblood volumes and numbering but halfway through writing it all out I just said "screw it". What a mess.

It can be done, but it's difficult. I did it for 'fun', a complete read of all Youngblood, after reading the wonderful last volume (that deserves reading by everybody). I knew what I was in for, but it was worse than even I expected, as as you say, it took a lot to work out what belongs to what series.

Edit: Does this help prove it was a miniseries originally? There was a remastered release of the original miniseries in hardcover form, if you check the solicitation for it, you'll see it described it as containing the original YB miniseries. Yet the first series ended at around issue 22 or so. @Rhymenoceros

Sounds so implausible it has to be true.

    The first issue was enough.

Originally just a miniseries 0-5 by Liefeld (and someone else who did an issue, can't remember who) or something like that and then there's a hiatus. Could have been the normal wait time of the day back then, but it was because of that AND it because they had to put together a team, product it, etc etc. Then it ran to something like issue 23, with no issue ?15?.
