  1. Man I miss Liberty Meadows. https://www.gocomics.com/libertymeadows/2002/08/16
  2. Here's proof. Excuse my ugly feet. Fibromyalgia also screws with your toenails.
  3. Thundercats #1 - 127 covers!! There's a gallery in the back of them all. It takes up 5 pages. That's nuts. I only got cover A, as that's all we got here, we weren't supposed to get it at all, licensing means it's not supposed to be shipped outside of the US. An okay comic, but I can't get used to Tygra with a safari moustache. Transformers (Skybound) #3-5. This was a fantastic new issue, can't wait until next issue, even if I am dreading it, as it means the loss of a character, and the end of Daniel Warren Johnson's amazing run on pencils. Highly recommended. Dutch #1 why bother bringing him back if he's nothing like he was? I trust Casey, but he's leading me down a pebbly path. Maybe Blood Squad Seven will be more my style. Cobra Commander #1 Very enjoyable. Really liked this one, and I wasn't expecting much from the Joe books. Duke #1-2 loving this. The writing, the art, it's got it all. Really hope they can get artist Tom Reilly to stick around for some more projects. He's too good. Green Lantern Alan Scott #1-3 I'm really enjoying this. Don't understand the complaints. I can think of a reason, but I'm not going to say it. The Flash Jay Garrick #1-4 I'm enjoying this just as much as GL. First I've heard of Mr Terrific's son being saved (I don't know how necessary that is, but whatever). I'll have to track down those issues. JLA by Grant Morrison Omnibus. A fun read, these books really didn't feel dated. I just wish he'd used Connor Hawke more, but then, I wish everyone had. I think this material gets overrated, but it is pretty decent, I don't have any complaints. And that takes me up to 447 books Read for the year. I've slowed right down.
  4. Lol I did the exact same thing last night. I'm limping around the house today.
  5. That's a really obvious one.
  6. My Monkey's Name Is Jennifer. I have it in tpb, and it's a riot. Absolutely hilarious, and a terrific read. It's endorsed by Walt Simonson too, so you can't go wrong.
  7. I collected Geoff Johns' Green Lantern run up until BLACKEST Night, then I called it quits, that was my jumping off point. I had the single issues and the 6 issue hardcovers. They take up so much space though, and I'm curious now to read the entire run. So I ordered all 3 GL omnibus' by Johns, as they were all half price on Amazon AU, or close enough to it (one volume was only 40% off, but good enough) and free shipping. I've got a lot of Lanterning ahead of me!
  8. Tyr (now we're dredging deep)
  9. The Android versions had a fin, based off the original OMACs Mohawk.
  10. For those after the GIJOE Ultimates, BBTS has Wave 1 on special today for $132, which is about a hundred bucks off I think? https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/170463?o=1
  11. And we were complaining about there being too many covers for Transformers #1.... Thundercats #1 came out this week from Dynamite. It was supposed to be America only due to licensing restrictions, but a box of cover A accidentally got shipped in with my LCS' orders. I happily took a copy, as I'd been hoping their order would go through, even if I'd been hoping for a different cover. Anyway, there's a cover gallery in the back of the issue. It takes up FIVE PAGES of the book, and they're not large images, they're about a centimetre by 7 millimetres, so not big at all. All up, there are 127 covers for the book. That's right, not a typo, 127 different covers for Thundercats #1!! And that's not even to service the entire world, that's JUST for America only. How insane is that?
  12. Ocean Master. One of the few villains so far.
  13. Thundercats #1 has 127 different covers. Not a typo. How crazy is that?
  14. This one varies, as per artist rendition, but it is often drawn as a fin, like Starman of 1951's. El Chupacabra from the Invincible Universe, a member of the Guardians Of The Globe.
  15. Starman of 1951 (far right)
  16. How did I miss them? I bought a comic last week specifically for CA, and the week before read Stargirl The Lost Children, which stars Wing.
  17. What's we all think of Transformers 5? That ending!! Can't wait for #6. And it's so good seeing In action.
  18. Note everyone, there's an Energon Universe Special due out for Free Comic Book Day, and it's then getting reprinted, possibly with extra material (not quite sure on that) and being sold through Previews at regular comic price.
  19. Abraham Slam from Black Hammer
