    I feel like I’ve been dealing with that recently as well. I haven’t bought any back issues yet this year. I’ve been buying omni’s and hardcovers a lot more and reading some new stories has restored a lot of the passion for me. I think when you have that feeling it might be time to mix it up a bit. Or maybe take a break. Sometimes the anticipation of getting a new book is more stimulating than actually receiving it. Not always but I’ve experienced it with big books that I expected to be more attached to than I actually turned out to be.

    The only books I like to get signed on the cover are celebrity style books like photo incentive covers and the like. Having classic covers or mega keys signed on the cover is one of my biggest turn offs. I’m a big fan of Neal Adams but still wouldn’t care to have his sig on one of his classics. It’s a bummer when I see one in an attractive grade but it’s also been signed. Having him sign prints is more suitable for me. I suspect most(?) people want Stan’s sig because he’s obviously a legend and time is running out to meet him. But some do it because of the flip...and that’s what’s saturating the market.

    Yea that was a neat panel. New leader seems nice. The whole “we don’t trust you. Shoot us or do what we say” scenarios are very played out but that’s walking dead for ya. the variants are looking sharp!
