  1. Took a bit of time to get my 30 Planets in the same orbit. Now, as the rules demand, a group shot it is.
  2. +1 to the Fletcher Hanks stories! Worth the price of admission (deslabbing).
  3. Interesting. Is that based on GPA census numbers? I'd never really thought about it before, but it kinda makes sense, while running those rivet covers through my mind.
  4. Not to me. A great Briefer cover, the only Rex Dexter issue in the series, and the Mile High/Berk one-two punch.
  5. Some buyer made out pretty well on the Planet #16. At least no multiples of guide.
  6. Meh. To me, the book's just not up there with many of the other early Foxes. It says Lou Fine cover, and I guess it probably is, though not one of his "finest" art-wise. But great price for the buyer no doubt.
  7. Well that ain't too bad a haul! And right in your cover wheelhouse.
  8. Surely you landed the Eerie #1...?
  9. Based on my sources, I think you'll need a Nautilus just to find the Nautilus!
  10. Thanks Jon! Umm, I know you've got some Foxes out there... what was your first?
  11. Fun exercise, these firsts. Here's my first Fox, a weird one for sure:
  12. That's a great "first" Fox, Gino! The cover reminds me of a song: Oh you Pretty Evil Things Don't you know you're driving your Mamas and Papas insane.
  13. Totally agree. Planet #2 is my favorite Planet. The colors, the artist (Lou Fine), the furry tongue-lolling monster, the second rivet cover, “Spurt Hammond” (!), etc. Here’s mine, though the photo doesn’t do it justice:
  14. Now that was a strong start to inaugurate your Fox collection!
  15. Love the Larson tattoo on Samson’s right arm. Surely the storekeeper was having some fun.
  16. Beautiful books! Each one is hard to find and classic stuff! Colors on the MM27 are delicious.
