  1. I couldn't help but take a quick search of RL covers. Found a couple similar.
  2. Arms out wide, mouth wide open, teeth clenched, mid run with one foot unseen, are the ones that come to mind.
  3. I just noticed that. Beast has two of the same feet. Beautiful.
  4. I have sold a few from my collection. I have been fortunate to get several times what I paid for 2 smaller pieces, but I took a loss (knowingly, due to dissatisfaction with the piece) on a full size. My advice is to check ebay sold listings, if the artist is a known name, you should be able to see what similar pieces sell for. If not a known name, you may have trouble recouping your costs.
  5. Has anyone ever tried contacting them about art, such as the MK/Brother Voodoo piece, and say they are interested but they saw it on Heritage without the stats, and what happened to it? I'm curious as to what their response would be.
  6. There have been some decent fan made shorts, but this...yuk.
  7. Whenever someone uses the word vintage to describe something, I start thinking they are using it to prop up the value just because it is "old".
  8. what does he charge? I don't feel like reading this whole thing. thanks. I believe Kneel is up to $50 per signature. And close to that for a photo with him.
  9. I am assuming that is because he has a small town of tables. He usually gets 20 or more where he sets out his prints and books, and of course the signs where he lists his out of whack price list for sigs and photos. I wonder if he would be with everyone else if he had a smaller display. I am also assuming he gets his space for the goose egg.
  10. I have a friend that runs a big show. I do airport pickups for him, and he lets me choose who I want. I have been lucky enough to engage with Perez, Frenz, Busiek, Jurgens, Graham Nolan, Tom Lyle, Tim Seeley, Mike DeCarlo and others. I have never had a bad experience. I hope that continues. Oh, and Henry Winkler was great, too. I don't have jerk story, except for one time when Golden ignored me when all I wanted was one autograph. Whatever. He's on my list.
  11. If you are looking to sell, eBay search works. After doing what CC said ^^, you can then filter by most recent sales, or highest price, etc. You will see a wide variation in prices, whether they were auctions or buy it nows, but it works well. The only issues are that the sellers of raw books aren't always good at grading, and even sometimes intentionally misleading.
