The OP closed the thread, which means the book is no longer available here on the boards. It could mean a number of things. There's a rule that items can't be for sale here and another venue at the same time, so the seller may have moved it to eBay, it may have sold, he may have decided to keep it, etc. Best bet if you're interested would be to send a PM to the seller. So according to you, asset sales only happen when "a company or individual goes bankrupt." However, Marvel had an asset sale when it wasn't bankrupt, just "nearly bankrupt"? The difference is the material used to do the color touch, how well it matches the original color, and how difficult it is to spot (I believe). A would be acrylic or water color, B would be pencil, crayon, chalk. A is near perfect color match, no bleed through and B is obvious on close inspection.
