  1. in some other thread it got me to thinking: Why was Robin brought to the book? I know. Bring in kids. But is it somewhere written in official history by the folk that were there that Batman, without the kid sidekick in yellow or whatever, was too dark?
  2. The collection in my mind, you see. And not just comics. You can be boss, Kav. Honestly who would want to?
  3. is this a serious post? EDIT: because I'm the boss here.
  4. you should give that book to me the wrap is so God-awful. It deserves to be in a collection of embarrassments like mine. No use in beating around the bush with this one.
  5. I wanted that Evel Kenevel toy so badly when I was a kid. My parents made sure I had proper food, clothing, shelter, morals, but toys....... no.
  6. press it enough times and the miswrap will come around making it properly centered. This is sarcasm and is not to be taken seriously. I have no idea what kind of price difference a better wrapped one would bring. I would walk past this copy. If the price tag of comic is creeping around to the back of the book, it's gross.

what an awesome sounding person. I wish I had known him.
  8. you know I looked up "Used Underwear" on ebay like I was told not to right here in this dynamic thread and, well, I was told not to.
  9. does a frank miller letter in a comic book really raise the price of that book? Cause I gotta get it now. How does one combat the end of run-collecting and only key-buying? ..... yeah, you guessed it.
  10. as Disney slowly begins to rewrite history, the crowd roars........... and don't look at the cosplay professional girls with less than nothing on because you're a creeper and a peeper.
  11. If everything becomes a Key than nothing is a Key.
  12. I think Sienkiewicz's later work (as he found a style before going completely off the rails - think Elektra miniseries or JFK assassination trading cards.) on MK (like #26) leave the impression the entire (1st) run was good. It wasn't.
  13. Yup on the Moon Knight. Amazing.
  14. Cool. I actually have that book/run and not read it yet. Thanks!
  15. Thanks. Wow. Did he say “Disney legend Jack Kirby?”
  16. well, yeah, makes you wonder what to really care about and who to really try to help.
  17. i'm with you i just kinda stumbled in and there's great Key Comic App stuff, a car crashing picture with Dan doing his own things, the word "clown" almost starting a fist fight because, i dunno really, and top if off with mass shootings and gun rights. And some rational thoughts of Brexit. damn.... I believe this thread to be truly artistic in nature, perhaps worth more than the ASM comics listed. I wish Disney would make a film of this thread and include it in the MCU.
  18. you know, you got me there. I laughed. Problem is you're funny, and right.
  19. I didn't look at a price guide once. Yeah, I felt like a clown afterwards. There are clowns out there. Just sayen'
  20. i have no idea about the train. I'm remembering he said he was getting on the train to go see her at police station. I figured no word/update ment he was traveling..

i'm sorry. never know what to say exactly. Try your best to think of and enjoy the memories.
  22. ok. thanks. copy that. I wonder if Disney could start a Go Fund Me and actually get the fans to pay for the production of the movie and then get same fans to pay to see it. I bet they could.
  23. What's it like to be at one of these things and they very first announce a film/tv show is being made? Let's take "Moon Knight" for example. Does the host announcer guy say, "and ladies and gentlemen THERE WILL BE A MOON KNIGHT TV SHOW!!!! Does the room roar with approval? Do some people faint like when the Beatles first came to America? Is it even possible for host announcer guy to say something that wouldn't get a roar of approval? Could the host announcer guy say, "There will be a Moon Knight movie and Moon Knight will be played by Rev. Sun Myung Moon!" Would the crowd still roar with approval?
