  1. This is why I directly asked if the FBI were involved. This is where I'm with that and the full extent of the law tagline, do they have recourse for prosecution? As @Iconic1s said astutely, they let it out the door! The only scam or fraud in slight are the grading fees, which don't amount to as much than what cgc will pay in the reimbursement fraud. They gave it the authentication in the reholder, so I'm thinking lawsuit, which wouldn't involve the FBI but I don't think prosecution from cgc specifically. Am I asserting that right? Cause this is where my last couple of pages of rambling were coming from @MatterEaterLad @pdags slight edit for clarification
  2. Youre right to say since you did the work and its admirabke, so i wont belaybor the point. Main Question though: Do you think cgc will have the same submitters info and ebay handles? I know yall are "working behund the scenes", and no one has pressed you for all the info ( one could argue do the same with cgc), are you sure cgc at least has the info you do at least? Like i said i dont want to belaybor the point, that you know many things not shared with us, so remember that we too give you the benefit of the doubt.
  3. Amen. Somehow I got a rolling stone subscription the month that he was on the cover after passing. It got folded and put in the closet. Ran across it the other day.
  4. That might give cgc provenance in a case but would be chump change compare to reimbursement (stating the obvious). Which may give them precedent in leading with the case, which is why I guess it is important for "cgc specifically to head up litigation" as I guess mentioned a fortune 500 company etc. It's why I never doubted full extent of law meant just that. Explaining why they only told us pertinent info would be speculation on my part and for that I apologize
  5. Yes. No one disagrees. No need to spin wheels. 100 miles an hour isn't going to move the needle. It's why watching the videos period is diluting, I never doubted you, it's a mentality that takes effect. If you're immune then go get them. Was trying to alleviate but unsuccessfully. Carry on
  6. It's going to take time, no one is saying don't call the authorities. I was first to respond way back when that litigation needs to be at the forefront. Unfortunately right now them discussing is probably a liability, it takes time. No worries just venting myself
  7. That's the first thing on my mind, low and slow ~ Beastie Boys, that is the tempo. I'm sure the victims are happy to get compensated first rather than CGC acted like a jilted person come after with fire and desperate brimstone. As for the sleaze, I'm sure he's going through it waiting for the hammer. I would think authorities are involved, at this level of fraud and reimbursement. It never entered my mind that they were not. It's a nitpick thing but understandable give ln the lengths gone to and the stress of boardies looking up books. There are only so many times you can say breathe patience and etc
  8. I blame the YouTube fire and mentality, not to judge, but I too have had to calm down from the news that is just everywhere all the time. I'm grateful to just sit and wait. Some agencies of mental capacities take patience, not the next big news blurb. I'll bow out for now I guess, unless no one posts in other threads
  9. What I'm confused by then, is why do you want cgc specifically to call? It's been explained to you what they will do, if needed for now, but no one has stated they haven't called. No one has stated they won't What has been made public is what cgc will do for themselves and victims, which if you were a victim might be wanted 1st more than seeing a guy whose outed behind bars in the next 30 seconds. Why is it so important that cgc specifically call? Do you think theyre victims? If so, do you think they should take proper precautions? Do you think if it takes them this long to get it together for you that a bigger organization like the federal bureau of investigation is going to move much faster? Take some solace and be patient. No one has argued not to call the FBI. No one is arguing your wrong, so please stop telling us why "cgc should call the FBI." Patience. What is out of your control is left to the powers that be. There is something to be thankful for and you're not wrong, I was onky trying to remind you there are good things happening and in the order it was received please hold and an agent will be with you shortly 🙏
  10. If it'll ease your mind? With cgc about to fork out those thousands mentioned to reimburse, I'll repeat, "they will prosecute to the full extent of the law" as their restitution. Be patient
  11. I like how the investigators are looking into "cgc process too", that might turn out what legal right cgc has to pursue
  12. I thought the same, if you say yourself cgc isn't a victim, it's not up to them to call FBI? Idk enough to that extant, but would hope it would be worth it on whoever's time, more than a civil case maybe?
  13. I agree with this, but maybe for the, ahem, FBI to take the case, this build up has to come first? idk what CGC has as official evidence, but I agree that these entities at the focus have a lot of time to abandon their evidence. I'll move on
  14. I suppose "F.B.I. wouldn't be a 'private' investigator" so I see where you got that, it does state however those same are investigating them too, see "and our processes"
  15. Furthermore, I didn't read anything that said "hand picked investigators", just outside of CGC authority, if that is not specific enough for you I get that, but I wouldn't assume that it isn't FBI or etc. It takes time to build a case, and you don't show all your cards at once giving opportunity and etc. amen. I'm at ease but doesn't mean we shouldn't further it until finished. Just didn't hit me as a bad statement
  16. Not to prolong this thread, but didn't the CGC statement say, "to the fullest extant of the law!" Where are you getting that they should talk about legal proceedings and hurt their case in public. From my experience everyone who ends up contacting law enforcement is then told to hush up about it
  17. My thoughts? 🤔 That there should only be one thread about this... But to each their own
  18. I'm not sure if you're kidding, but maybe try the 159+ page thread All good
  19. or it would make it harder to find out if anyone found out.... I'm sure past slabs would be addressed at some point, if not immediately, it needs to be remembered to be brought to their attention for sue
  20. ya and if it was hush hush, they wouldn't be aware of any leaks to that info, I was just double checking
  21. I'm not really sure how they could do it without it becoming apparent to someone, and they'd probably like the public to know what to look for etc, just a thought
