CGC’s OFFICIAL Mechanical Errors / Returns Policy
ADAMANTIUM replied to SpineTic's topic in Comics General
Also it makes it look like if they send you the label, then in hand don't approve it, they charge you anyway, the way it reads. I thought they approved it before the label was sent, but this reads if not approved after in hand? -

I typed it so I'll submit it in spoiler, just sounds like a rant, and I don't want to be that guy 😭 -
CGC’s OFFICIAL Mechanical Errors / Returns Policy

What I don't understand is how shards are ok if original submitter and within 14 days, but if not? Oh well. Are they defects? Check yes or no! Is someone going around making shards just to get free reholders? The newton rings I kind of understand, which I think this is there only resource. 1) it doesn't happen to all comics 2) it's about time it becomes the norm and accepted when using cgc. 3) buyers should live with it because cgc is and you're buying a CGC product no more.on the 3rd party seller from 3rd party grading 4) buyer doesn't like it don't buy cgc, cause that is what cgc is saying to submitters,.which is their only recourse as it has become part of the product. But if cgc is ok with shards ONLY if original submitter? To that I shake my head, unless someone was trying to get free reholders and gaming the system but idk -
What's the longest series run you collected?
ADAMANTIUM replied to Coverdeath 's topic in Comics General
I've tried to be a run collector, I really have! I got the first "3" appearances of the Punisher in Mark Jeweler. I'm currently working on X-men #94 - 143 with only about 9 books left to obtain, then maybe a few upgrades. Which is only about 53 books, including the "annuals" part of the run and the GSXM. Good news are the one's I'm missing, well most of them, aren't too terribly expensive ie I have the "keys" I do have the 30 cent variants of the X-men run, but no 35 centers. -
Marvel Australian Price Variants
ADAMANTIUM replied to Get Marwood & I's topic in Copper Age Comic Books
Post a way! Would be nice to see, and once upon a time in the thread there were some "lists" that if you knock off any of the ones undocumented, that'd be cool. Either way feel free to post up! -

Some $10 2nd prints, then a value pack buy. Then a $3.99 to that was cool enough to buy, as the sticker will come off the glossy cover. -

Ah ya or kind of both. But ya my bad. There was an interval in there on how that would play out, that had me curios why those relationships were highlighted until the end. Pleasantly surprised. When I summarized, I called it a clozer to closure It had a lot of elements that seemingly sum up at the end, that also wasn't so much a jolt or revealing , but somehow made the whole movie seem to flow and just be good to where it made "sense" from the beginning. I'm rambling but like it wasn't a gotcha or plot device, more a regular story that was good for a last one by that director or whatever haha Also are we not putting stuff in spoilers now cause I think I might have missed in my post?

The Wonder Woman was a female collector that had them raw, and was contemplating sending to cgc. This current was like early action comics cgc and af15 cgc, and superman 1 cgc. The Bataman was a collector that through his Fandom had connections to stars, and yes I consider Neal Adams a star I forget all the details if he actually worked during Adam west or was just a collector, but the latter of course

especially after a big tie in that included the audience!

Still nada for me. Idk why I'm pitching this But my delivered may 5th, not marked delivered until may 8th, is still not in the system. By the look of things I've got another week to go. It has me wondering if I sent everything packed correctly because in these circumstances that would be really bad.

Oh ya that was a good trade, the houdini locks. I like hearing about the well courated collection, the back story and details, then seeing if I'd make the trade at the end. This episode with comics was a little too on the nose, with a random rare famous monsters, that was the only thing hinted towards what he wanted to trade in subject matter I hope most episodes aren't done that way, or it seems like she usually says, 'we've gone through to see what you are 'needing' in trade!?!" The comics was nothing to do with comics, just king Kong movie memorabilia, like the famous monsters mag shown for whatever reason. Idk. A little too on the nose?
