  1. I didnt realize the next one was coming up so soon Idk if it was to be once a year kind of thing... Glad it's still looking up!
  2. I remember the LCS had one on Facebook live feed sometime this year, I remember vause when he put it up, he said something like, "not sure how to price this, dont see it often, yadda yadda!" I tend to think that LCS uses those tems sparingly, but I want to say the price was $600.
  3. Or he thought the coloring was steam, aroma, or something else
  4. Long story to say I'm just glad I got what I could if prices on the rare stuff is now. Did anyone post the final hammer price?
  5. Ya I had photo ops on Saturday so I know what you're talking about for sure. It was cool if you got a bit away from the crowds, but bearable for me and my guest; although, I DID think to bring water and we were able to sit and zone out if needed. Work and stress? For you and all our sakes Lord willing itll be cooler next time. Its Texas with a big blue sky but last couple of weeks hardly any clouds at all, just no relief! Lol it got real on Saturday hahaha.
  6. Well I know from experience that coloring, especially crayon, on a comic doesnt necessarily mean a purple label either. If it is covering up a flaw in the book, it is considered "restoration", and I assume they mean on the front in the black area on the left side of the page. It could be the inks, but the "tone of the black color" is uneven, I assume that's what they're speaking of
  7. You're description of Stevens when I first joined these boards got me interested, and you are the 1st book in my gallery order (alphabetical) shout out, currently, in my registry. So kudos!
  8. I'm glad there were more pics of the crowds posted too I arrived early Friday, which I'll admit was a light day, but it got going later. The cosplay was out in force, speaking of which they had a star wars walk down the red carpet, complete with theme music over the main intercom. There were enough chairs in the rest area, bathrooms were consistently being cleaned and restocked. There was a band playing guitar, I took a pic of the stage earlier on, pretty cool. It was hot as an jalapeno armpit outside, though inside was nice and cool, even for the crowds. Plenty of families, and the con goers seemed interested in the merch. I believe there was an advertised cgc facilitator and etc. Time was of the essence for me, as I try to do it all quickly. I waited on my brother a long time, as his had to do with lines. All in all it was fun and enjoyable. Next year it is again in June, I'm only hoping that the weather somewhat cooperates
  9. Definitely a keeper. I remember a low grade copy at half price books that I passed on because of the staples All good, I'm glad you made it happen when you could
  10. When you dig it out I'd be curious where on the book it was signed too! But that is so cool.
  11. Lol mine was 10/21/2021, but I feel you; although, some have moved even from August. So maybe you should look up the order, if you still have the number or call to check, it "could have changed status"
  12. mine is OCT 21st 2021 so mine will tomorrow
  13. I think that is so cool, from what I remember it looks the same as I remember; although, I wouldn't have know the finer details
  14. fear 19 even in 6.0/6.5 is only worth 8 points, but sells for $100+ Score adjusted per request
