It's a head scratcher, that one. Or those two, I should say. -

It looks like about 2-3 hours of board activity has gone missing, based on the 'all activity' list timings: I lost a lengthy PM about half an hour ago - that is no longer showing - and some amendments I made to galleries have been undone. Fingers crossed they can restore it all.

I see where you're coming from Marmat, thanks. Throughout the thread I have suggested "Reprints/reproduces" as possible wording to signify where original content is repeated. "Reproduces" would probably be the better choice. An international book may not necessarily be an exact or full content reprint of an original US book, but to say that it 'reproduces' original content (in full or in part) is certainly accurate and I think desirable therefore to protect the integrity of the original publication. And it of course should work both ways, as you say. Some examples of how the industry tackle it:

Would this defect be down graded?

Maybe not that top heavy. I had a look just now quickly and didn't see one. Not sure what CGC would do, if anything. Where the ink ends naturally, I think, at the top, it leaves a very visible white strip. Maybe that will spook the grader. Were it all black, I daresay they wouldn't even notice it (the miscut). -

Looks more like a miscut to me, Gad. Too much top, not enough bottom. -

It didn't stop him dropping his gun though did it, which appears to be bent upwards. And is it me, or is there a faint hint of lippy about the Gordon bouche?
