  1. Wasn't he is TTA #23? Tell a lie.... Kooba the Coke Monster would've been a good one as it goes. He could've dealt drugs to the cool kids of California. Or something like that.
  2. Coolio. According to my old Spidey completist files, this one 'never appeared in a Marvel comic'. But did appear in these four: I do like useless trivia Jim
  3. Ok, so far we've got pubes, snot and post toilet hand residue on this book. It's not working out like they hoped is it.
  4. You spin me right round, baby right round, like a record baby, round round round round
  5. Is that free pressing? Not if it's by MC Hammer. He can't touch this.
  6. He got in Against All Odds by promising to drum up trade. And he doesn't need gloves because he seems to have an Invisible Touch, yeah. Trouble is, he lent his grading guide to Dio. He's having to go to court to get it back, which is tiresome as he has a stutter. It's coming to something when you have to sue, sue, sue Dio. I'm here all week
  7. Well he has an O' in his name must be Irish! OMAC was Irish?
  8. The metal detectors at the airport were something else back then weren't they.
  9. Oh yeah, good spot. That's CGC though isn't it. A lot of inconsistency on labels. I saw one without a page designation once. Maybe the printer run out of ink
  10. Cheers Cat I must take a better picture of it at some point. I'm pretty rubbish at it, as you can see. Is the label different? How?
  11. I posted this one elsewhere in a graveyard thread. Can anyone guess what book it was heralding? And who's the guy with the pink head? Over to you.....
  12. Here's a cool advert for Nick, back in the days when he was a white guy. Tuesday Weld? Who dat? Nice to see that Subby was as enthusiastically requested as Gulliver's Travels. What? This DD ad is from a TGK #69, dated May 1964 - only one month after Daredevil #1. It's probably happened, but had it been dated one month before, could that be classed as his first appearance? I can hear a number of the old timers groaning....
