Doctor Tom Brent and His Flying Nurses
Get Marwood & I replied to Get Marwood & I's topic in Silver Age Comic Books
By Cynthia Doyle, the Registered Nurse. Marks out of two? I'd give it one. He came out of the ocean with the horn all right Harry. Raaaaarrrrr! Feel my horn, Tower of London. -

It does doesn't it. They're supposed to be terrifying, raging titans and they look like a couple of Wombles playing 'lick my face'. Gissa kiss Yes, they do. But duvet covers don't count Harry -
Tampon's taking a real beating there from Silver. That'll teach him for stringing him along. He'll be covered in blood at this rate, even with that nice shiny helmet.

In keeping with the full monstrous power of the mighty Gorgo I would place this on the dash of a Fiat Tipo! -
Talk there may be, listening there is not. If the responses I get for my pence threads is any indication of increasing popularity I think they'll be attainable / unattractive for a good while yet liz. It's basically you versus Gnasher You can lead a horse to water, but he'll still prefer whiskey. Neigh (translation: "Excellent retort lizard brain!")

To celebrate the fact that I worked out how to get apostrophe's on my Dymo label printer ( @Duffman_Comics I haven't made the new labels yet, sorry ) I got this book that had been eluding me for ages: It's a terrifying tale of mystery and low cover inks. Konga is shrunk to the size of a human thumb and fights a funny looking rat with man hands. It's a winner! P.S. It came in a lot with an upgrade for my current copy of Gorgo #10 which is in sub-@Harry Lime condition. Yes. that is technically possible I'm told by CGC who have updated the lower end of their grading scale accordingly: 2.0 1.8 1.5 1.0 0.5 NG Harry Grade Here it is: The last time I posted a copy of that book it started a fight between Bob and liz. So no flags this time. This is a peaceful thread for peaceful people. And rats with man hands. Cheeoww -

Not a pence copy of course, too early, but it has a competition on the front: A quick peek inside: Canadian residents could play, and those living in the possessions of the US. My entry would have been 'Barry' of course, for the reason 'that he transcends all living things and has never been seen for more than thirty days without a bag'. A winning entry surely! I'm sure one of those thousands of prizes would have been mine. I wouldn't have wanted the Buster Crabbe swimming pool though, as I lived in a tree house at the time. What are the chances that a living board member actually won something then..... -

Yes, as I said earlier, there were signs of undercurrents. And quite a few stories were really good with really good ideas and elements. I liked the idea of the clown masking a darker side. Yep. I can think of a number of actresses who would have at least commanded the screen. In a way, it fits that she's so underwhelming, as a good performer would've been cursed by the current stories / production. Thank God, as I said before, Capaldi got out when he did and didn't have to end his tenure trying to rise above this seasons woeful scripts / stories / companions / music / etc.

Aww, cheers Buzz! Always nice when someone new breaks through the cloaking device that diligently protects my threads. Glad you like it Do you know the answer to Spider-Variant's no prize question then? Me too! I always wondered what a no prize consisted of as a kid. Still, we were young as you say and it soon dawned on me what the prize was when I hit 38 Sorry! 10. Actually, nearer 38. -
Flash! Ah-ahh! Saviour of the universe! He'll like those liz for sure. But you know they're not real Charlies don't you as they don't have corresponding pence variants

Heh heh. That's 'Anti-Marwood' as I like to call him, saying "how dare you!" (exclude me in my own thread) Only kidding of course, but you might have a long wait for an answer from someone else, given the cloaking device that plagues all my threads... P.S. I know who it is -
