  1. The blizzard just missed Long Island. Hopefully the days will get warmer now that spring is approaching.
  2. Those are some beautiful new acquisitions, creaturefan95. Congratulations.

  4. Beautiful. Congratulations on your new acquisition, Chadwick.
  5. I collect mostly Bronze Age comic books. They remind me of my childhood. I also appreciate the more serious topics that the Bronze Age writers explored.
  6. Very nice. I particularly like the Man-Thing comic book.

  8. I love the Aquaman comic book. Congratulations, DavidTheDavid.
  9. Thank you for the reply, JasonDaTwit. I agree with you about keeping the drawing as is. I have decided against having it inked because I am concerned that it would compromise any appreciation of Ramona Fradon's penciling skills.
  10. My 4-Day Badge arrived today. Will CGC be attending?
  11. I am definitely adding a Jim Steranko signed Nick Fury, Agent of...S.H.I.E.L.D. #1 comic book to my wish list. I have already passed on two opportunities to add one to my collection. I think that the young lady downstairs was selling coffee on tap, Buzzetta.
  12. There are also two CGC booths at New York Comic Con. There is one upstairs and one downstairs. That would not have been necessary at Big Apple Con, but there was definitely a need for additional people from CGC to be working there. Hopefully next year.
  13. That is not so bad. I was told that the length of the line was approximately the same as that on Sunday. Hopefully CGC will staff an additional person next year in order to cut down on the wait. Thank you for the reply, AnkurJ.
  14. How long was the CGC submission line later on Saturday afternoon, AnkurJ? The line was horrendous in the middle of the day.
  15. You and I seem to have a couple of things in common, JasonDaTwit. I commissioned Howard Chaykin to draw a Han Solo sketch on my Star Wars: Han Solo #1 Blank Variant cover that Mark Brooks signed at New York Comic Con. Howard Chaykin is such a terrific person. I am very thankful that I not only finally got to meet him, but that he was also willing to draw a sketch of Han Solo for me. He was also willing to add "IT'S TRUE. ALL OF IT." to the artwork. I also purchased a Superman pencil drawing from Ramona Fradon. She is a very kind woman. I am considering having Neal Adams ink the original pencil drawing one day. Any advice on whether or not to have an original pencil drawing by Ramona Fradon inked by Neal Adams would be very much appreciated. Congratulations on your very successful weekend.
  16. Congratulations on a job well done, mrwoogieman.
  17. Thank you for the reply, JasonDaTwit. Mission accomplished.
  18. Thank you for the reply, comicjack. I will definitely add him to my plan for tomorrow. Hopefully there will not be a long line for his signature.
