    I love this comic...it was a great/unique find for me In 2013 my grandfather passed and I inherited his collection, I spent around 3 years going through the collection. one night I was going through a Punisher and Wolverine box...and Found this, but it was in I think a golden age bag in backer(it was much bigger than usual)....and It had a sticker on it that said "Wolverine #1 -9 Copies" and sure enough...There was 9 copies in the bag.

    are you allowed to sell Comic book/superhero related items on this site? When my father passed away in November, and He had 5 of The Marvel Select 10 Inch Action figures that were unopened hanging on his wall. I'm not into the Action figures much...and I'd like to sell them, But I dont know if its allowed here? can I sell them on The Forum only selling section? If not, I am allowed to even advertise them in The Advertising forum? thanks

    I'm quite to new to selling comics. I just recently started selling comics of Ebay. and I'm just hoping to get some advice from experienced sellers. I've sold around 6 items so far and when it came to shipping there were a few options, All of which were completely new to me. what I've done so far is go through UPS ground. I purchase the Label through UPS and Pack The Item myself and so far my average prices for Shipping the Items have been $12(I will not be shipping overseas, only domestically) But as I said, there are so many options, I'm not sure what the benefits are of Purchasing the Label from Ebay....I asked the UPS store how much it would be if I brought my own label and just paid for shipping, and it was basically the same.price I've looked up rates for USPS, about the cheapest rate is around $3 but when you spend 7 dollars for a label through Ebay thats about $10+ total to ship. basically what I'm asking is, Is there a universal consensus for The cheapest way to ship, if so could someone tell me? and If Not, Is the rates I've been paying through UPS at around $12 pretty acceptable or is there a clear better and cheaper way to ship.     I personally as a collector would like to have any of The books you mentioned over an extra Hulk 181.... buuuut....if your talking Just Value....The Hulk 181 is probably the better investment. every time I stumble on to Hulk 181's for sale, it astonishes me how hot that book is and the prices it goes for. X-Men #1, Tales of Suspense #39, Strange Tales #110, Tales to Astonish #27, or Journey Into Mystery #83. for me Personally ^ All of these books feel bigger than A Hulk 181 I have a Hulk 181, I love it...but If I had an extra HULK 181, I would trade it for any of these in a heartbeat. but again thats because I Would KEEP it forever and never consider selling it... It probably wouldnt be the best move Value/Business wise, but if your like me and never intend on selling your personal collection. I would trade a double for one of These Monster KEYS in a second. but I also must admit, I do not think I would do the same if I were looking to sell...I'd rather have 2 HULK 181s, IMO they would be the better investment

    I recently went through my DC sets looking for 100, 80 pagers and 52 Spectaculars... I inherited my collection in 2013, and for some reason when I put the sets together in 2013...I didnt Pull The 100, 80 pagers and 52 Spectaculars...In the guide I was using there was no real Noticeable increase in value in these issues...Well fast forward to now, The 100, 80 pagers and 52 Spectaculars all have Noticeable increases in value from the previous issues...so I got my sets out and started pulling The 100, 80 pagers and 52 Spectaculars....ended up having damn near 2 full boxes of them... I took pictures of some, although they are terrible pictures. I was thinking about trying to sell them as a lot...since joining this board I discovered their is a market for the 100, 80 pagers and 52 Spectaculars....but I'll probably keep them

    I was going through my Adventure comics recently looking for any Giant 80 pagers or 52 Spectaculars(I only went through my Adventure comics once back in 2013, at the time,for some reason, I didnt pay attention to the Giant 80 pagers or 52 Spectaculars, But they are now noticeable higher in value than regular issues, so I wanted to check and see what I had) while going through Adventure, I found a near complete Spectre run that I somehow completely missed in 2013... anyways I was happy to find them and add them to my KEYS Also Found TMNT #1(3rd printing) and TMNT #4,5,7 and 8(all 1st Printing)....and again for some reason In 2013 I just didnt notice them...I slightly remember seeing The TMNT #1's but I saw that it was a 3rd printing and I think I assumed it didnt have any value....but I literally jus completely missed #4,5,7 and 8...have no clue how I totally missed them 6 years ago.... The #1 and #4 both had 2 copies...I kept one copy of each and am currently selling the other copies on ebay...But all 4 copies of #1 and #4 are probably 8.5 to 9.0's after a press, They have A Bend on top of the book... I wouldnt mind picking up TMNT #2,3, 6, 9 and 10 now and completing the run...

    absolutely blown away that A single page from DC 27 can be this valuable... can honestly say This never even crossed my mind...but Now that It has, It completely make sense 99% + of comic collectors will never own a DC 27....I could see the appeal of at least owning A page from the book now
