  1. I would trust CLink more if they included back-cover scans and noted rusty staples.
  2. 3 in a row upside down back to two in a row right-side up.
  3. No nose to red nose. (Lay off the peppermint schnapps, Santa!)
  4. I never realized that Martin Short had done a Jim Halperin impersonation. He nailed it.
  5. White cover to white cover; no. 6 backwards to no. 5.
  6. The back cover looks OK except for some smudges and quite a few finger bends. The front cover has some writing or scribbling in pencil (mostly on the Owl's cape) and a 2 1/2" crease on the lower right hand corner, and there are quite a few creases that don't break color—so the defects add up. (The book also has three staples, which seems odd; they look normal, but I've never heard of a GA book having three production staples.)
  7. Lo and behold!Ten Copies or less, CGC Census, based on OSG valueStarted by Cat-Man_America, September 9, 2018
  8. SS (Star Spangled) back one letter to RR (Roy Raymond).
  9. I was interested in one of the books, but the resolution of the picture was too poor for me to be able to read the label so that I could try to get the graders' notes. The book sold for less than what I would have paid if there had been good pictures of the front and back covers and if I could have gotten graders' notes (assuming none of those things showed any significant issues).
  10. It's a pity it isn't a Promise book. If it were, it would be an easy 8.5.
