  1. That could very well be correct. I still think a perfect looking 6.5 could reach 75 000$ to 80 000$. Maybe with white pages.
  2. You deserve a break Gator so many questions sent your way over the years!! Enjoy it!!
  3. That is for sure. The 5.5 that sold today went cheap considering how nice it was at 38 000$. Probably the best buy of the day.
  4. Sold for 67 000$ but had minor issues on the cover probably would have went for 70 000$ (PQ was not the best either) without those. And I am guessing a 6.5 with nice PQ and no MC would fetch around 80 000$.
  5. What would a 6.5 go for with no MC with pre MC with light MC with moderate MC and with heavy of MC? That should be a music song....MC in the house with grand master MC at the mic!!
  6. FF1 CGC 9.0 sold for 161 000$. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/fantastic-four-1-marvel-1961-cgc-vf-nm-90-off-white-to-white-pages/a/7169-91031.s?ic3=ViewItem-Auction-Preview-SearchResults-120115&lotPosition=4|0
  7. That is a huge loss. Best to buy this type of book at auction to get it for the current going rate at that moment.
  8. I don't know Doug but 250k is way to high. It may be the only 9.2 graded by CGC but at 150k I think that is still very good.
  9. 150k seems like a good price for a 9.2. I don't see this book been valued yet anywhere near 250k.
  10. The JIM83 CGC 9.4 sold for 191 000$. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/journey-into-mystery-83-marvel-1962-cgc-nm-94-white-pages/a/7169-91042.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515
  11. And the SC4 CGC 8.5 sold for 155 000$. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-4-the-flash-dc-1956-cgc-vf-85-white-pages/a/7169-91049.s?ic3=ViewItem-Auction-Archive-ThisAuction-120115
  12. The SC22 sold for 150 000$ in CGC 9.2. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-22-green-lantern-dc-1959-cgc-nm-92-cream-to-off-white-pages/a/7169-91050.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515
  13. Some stronger prices in this auction. The SC22 sold for 150 000$ in CGC 9.2. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-22-green-lantern-dc-1959-cgc-nm-92-cream-to-off-white-pages/a/7169-91050.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515 And the SC4 CGC 8.5 sold for 155 000$. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-4-the-flash-dc-1956-cgc-vf-85-white-pages/a/7169-91049.s?ic3=ViewItem-Auction-Archive-ThisAuction-120115
  14. 38k is cheap....nice buy for a lucky collector out there.
  15. This was the big surprise of the day. Good buy at this price and nice looking copy.
  16. That CGC 6.5 with no MC at all would be a 75 000$ to 80 000$ book.
  17. I still think this may be he last time we see a 7.0 not reach 100k. The other 7.0's where sold to a member here I believe so that was not really a good gauging point.
  18. Could be right I just based myself on what some had said earlier in previous posts about this time of year.
  19. The CGC 5.5 went cheap considering it presents well. A little over 38 000$. https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/amazing-fantasy-15-marvel-1962-cgc-fn-55-off-white-to-white-pages/a/7169-91008.s?ic3=ViewItem-Auction-Archive-ThisAuction-120115
  20. Let the holiday season start affecting the high end sales of the ''hotter'' season of the year.
  21. Had a lot of MC so about 30% less than a copy would sell for with no MC at all.
