  1. HI, all: I've got some more exciting pages consigned to Heritage this week, with all auctions ending Wed, Mar 15th. But first, a few announcements: 1. I don't have any more Kieron Dwyer Batman pages. This weeks' page featuring Batman, Jason Todd, and the 1st appearance of Yoshio Tahara is the last one. Hopefully those who wanted a page from this issue were able to pick one up over the past 5 weeks. If you haven't, this is your last chance to do so 2. Folks like pages with Batman, Superman and Green Arrow, and they like Leonardi artwork, but for whatever reason, they don't seem to like Leonardi Batman, Superman and Green Arrow pages because they've been selling for less than I paid for them. So, I've decided to stop the bleeding and this will be the last week I'm offering a Leonardi DCUniverse: Decsions page for sale. 3. I've added a Spidey limited print, hand signed by Romita Jr (penciller), Romita Sr (inker), and Paul Mounts (colorist). Its a great print, with less than 100 copies to raise funds for the Hero Initiative. Check it out! As usual, here's the list of artwork, along with direct link to the page at auction: Mark Bagley Justice League of America #44 p18/19 DPS (DC, 2010) A ferocious double-page splash features Congorilla (Bill) battling Etrigan The Demon! 2. Whoops, never mind about the Sandman page. Its still in the auction, with current bid of $65K
  3. Just took a quick look at the HA March OA auction offerings and it seems like 15+ items were removed from the auction, including the Sandman #1 page. Can someone else take a look and confirm?
  4. A run of slabbed McFarlane what? ASM? Spiderman? Marvel Tales? Infinity Inc? Spawn?
  5. It’s all about the size of the art-board. small art for that time period is approximately 11x15 inches. Large art (often called twice-up) is 13 or 14 x 20-22 inches for Silver Age artwork. I’ve owned artwork preceding the Siver Age where the art board was even larger. the above does not apply to strip art, which can vary significantly in length and width. I’ve seen some early Flash Gordon’s and Price Valiant’s in person and they are absolutely massive, impressive, and we’ll worth the price of admission!!!
  6. Some highlights of the International auction thus far: - Miller DD 185 cover = 225K - Romita Sr ASM 69 page (Spidey vs Kingpin, small art) = $144K - Tezuka Astro Boy vintage 1961 Illo = $58K - Rosa Uncle Scrooge 294 cover = $35K - Dell’otto Joker 1 variant cover from 2021 = $23K !!! - Garcia Lopez Superman 301 cover (supes vs Solomon Grundy = $15K. IMHO, the Garcia Lopez represents the biggest bargain of the auction and I have absolutely no doubt it would have hit $40K if listed in the North American HA auction
  7. They are still very strong! live bidding on the final days’ lots begins in approximately 2.5 hrs!
  8. If you just want to read it, do a Google search for one of the many sites that let you read comics online for free
  9. Oh, and I forgot to mention the HA international OA auction ending this weekend. Some phenomenal stuff in that auction, too! So I guess that’s why the money has been spread thin this week.
  10. Dueling Dealers, Clink OA, and HA weekly OA auction all happened at the same time.
  11. HIya, folks: Just a quick reminder that all items are ending in approximately 5 hours, and all items are still below fair market value. So here's another great opportunity to pick up some artwork without hurting your wallet. Good luck to all
  12. So, just to clarify a few things in this thread: 1. This is not the first time Mr. Guice has taken on a commission list. He did so with a previous art rep, but it was a long time ago 2. In terms of not being associated with a key storyline/memorable run, I'd have to say the 1st 11 issues of the Flash re-launch in the 1980's was pretty darned good, and the sales proved it. If that doesn't ring a bell, then perhaps his work on Action Comics 676-711 might jog some memories. He worked on a little known storyline called "The Death of Superman". I heard sales were pretty decent
  13. Gentlemen, bidding has commenced! Unleash the hounds!!!
