Beautiful!!
Hard to believe that is only a 5.5
Thanks! I think it's from a crease that partially goes down the center. Definitely presents well!

I too have jumped to IG recently. I can be followed at @polonskycc . While all issues mentioned apply to some degree, the main reason I sell there more is the activity there. There is SO much and it is very active. There is a very strong and growing community. I do love selling on the boards, but I have been having a great time on IG. For example: my last thread offered here was about 100k in very rare and desirable GA books. I got some attention and some offers, but no sales. I started IG a few days later, and within my first 12 hours there sold almost everything from that last thread. The action is unreal, and if you have not checked it out, you need to. There are some amazing people and collections there, and I have found many fellow boardies as well. I am still relatively new to IG, but would be happy to answer any questions people have about how to use it. It is a lot at first. I do still have love for the boards, and hope to see great threads in the future, but there is a reason for a lack of them as I see other dealers have jumped as well.
Man, you have some killer books for sale

I'm not sure you can buy them new - maybe the i800+(?) but don't see it for sale anywhere. I bought a 'new' one on ebay a few months ago, it wouldn't even fully power on, needless to say it wasn't new and got returned - rather disappointed but good news is my used one still works.
Posted this previously, but example of difference in glare (first image is HP, second is MicroTek):
I've been looking to upgrade to an i800 from a HP8300 but it's been near impossible to find one at a decent price.

Bumping the thread - I've seen a few lists of recommended CCD scanners, but haven't seen a list with ones that have current software / work with Windows 10...

you make no mention of whether they are loose stacked or on backer boards in good quality bags. That's important.
My ideal world would be about 60F, low humidity. low light in bags on boards. Take care to not stack them all in the same position . Best in good storage boxes, off the ground
Raws are in mylar with full backs. Short boxes. Slabs are stored in boxes with spine down.

I store my golden age in a closet that is always cooler than anywhere in the house. Currently I'm looking at 60F with RH 33%. This should be fine right?

Just a 9.6? I would have left it . Jk! Glad it all worked out

That is a great copy! So many of those 64 have registration problems. This one looks fantastic and with White pages!
Thank you! Yeah I was pretty bummed missing out on that 4.0 a few weeks back here on the boards. I was determined! Turns out being patient was just what I needed, perfect centering and the white pages helps too.
