Many many books have cooled down like Hulk 181 to AF 15 which in lower grades has been stable unless it's a 3.0-4.0 those have really come down.. But the prob I'm seeing now is how high can any certain book go. We've had a huge spike across the boards from 2012-2019 mid when it comes to major keys of any grails from thr Silver/Broze and Copper.. Question remains is can prices go higher let's say on most big keys like ASM 1 to FF 1 low grades to higher grades in the Bronze era for eg Hulk 181 9.0 or GSX #1 9.8.. There comes a time when a collector will pause at a price and say if I buy it at 3-4,000 let alone 10k over to 1-2,000 will this have a chance to go higher? Silver age are not rare like DC grails are from Superman 1 to Batman 1 mind u.. So there comes a time do collectors feel confident if they buy big will it go bigger.. 8yrs ago yes today I'm seeing the returns not as great even when this world situation ends..

My reply is simple.. Buy what u love and don't look at it as a investment. Don't get me wrong big keys will always be a "Investment" but when u start thinking investment on a book it takes ur true love on what u want for the return aspect.. Both books are great GSX #1 and ASM 129.. If all else grab one and then save up for the other book because the prices have stagnated this year and a great time to be choosy on grade to condition.. Enjoy the hobby but domt let specualation and investment steer you to get something because of FOMO.

Two of the greatest comics ever to exist Detec 27 and Action 1. Right there is the grails of what makes life possible to drool over ur self and hope one day to achieve 🙃👊

Great quote.. I have several AF 15s aswell and yes I don't stress what it's worth up or down. I just know just having them and key ASM issues is what I love collecting and cherishing. Enjoy the hobby folks stop stressing on investment gain on what u love collecting.

100% when desperate people need cash they will cause a cascade of a mess storm when a book drops because they will take what they can. You wanna save the comic market from dropping stop selling on auctions without a reserve.. If they don't sell ah well..

A 5.0 was going for 10k in 2013 I remeber it well and it doubled to 20k in 2014/15. Has this taken a huge step backwards ooooh my tell me it isn't so... 😳😳😳 This is not I repeat not a good time to sell unless u litterly have no other choice. And this wil def leave u speechless when finally sales are final.. As Harry Carrey once said. Holy Cow!!!'

Have we seen the end of high dollar Grail silver age keys? I think so.. Unless they are a Af 15 7.0 and over or for that matter any top silver age marvel over 7.0 will survive a crash better then the lower grades will.. Most sellers who deal in Grail marvel silver keys will have a cut off price before they loose there shirts and completely tank a book just to get any price out of it.. It's pure suicide of anyone does that. I would rather take a Af 15 3.0 or whatever grade for that matter to the grave then cut my throat and take 30-50% loss..

It's a great copy.. I can only say I'm so sorry what's happend and hope things improve for you.. What's happening today isn't really good for the world right now..

Well put.. We’ve had consistent growth for the past 8yrs in Silver age keys since Aven 1 came out. The sky isn’t falling it’s correcting itself as prices have increased so much on let’s say a Af 15 over the yrs some are hesitant on pulling the trigger on a 10k plus book now a days.Thats not chump change let’s not forget
