  1. OK, if you don't see a jedi get their head cut off or cut in half or their corpse confirmed dead (and even then sometimes they are not dead...) they are not dead. So Mace WIndu is out there somewhere, possibly shattered so he isn't fighting much, old, etc., Ezra is out there, etc. But Ahsoka saying "not my yob" doesn't make a lot of sense if she knows the Empire is after Grogu. She may not want to train him, but would she want them getting him? No way.
  2. unless i missed something I did not see any big clue in the last mando episode unless ezra is dressed up like mando and immitates his voice
  3. yup. i try hard to not stress so long as I made money on the deal. i still stress and "what if"... but heck, why didn't I invest $1000 in apple stock in 2001 when tech was down rather than buying 1000 shares of razorfish?
  4. that is why ashoka is so interested in the general's whereabouts. He was the last one with Ezra. She wants to know if he is alive.
  5. you will lose your mind in this hobby stressing about having sold too early
  6. Other than a couple of issues it was dead for a long time, but no longer, that's for sure
  7. They are good, but you need to use the cardboard sandwich. People stick a book just with a bag and board ... not good .. and even worse, they TAPE that book to the inside of the mailer, which is almost impossible to undo without bending the heck out of the book. I am not sure how anyone would view them as "flimsy"... if you are using a sandwich inside. A single book is 11-12 ounces, so you can often get it out first class for under $4.50. I bought a bunch of them at once and I think I paid 60 cent each. So I only lose a little bit of $ shipping first class with them at $5, and if sent media, you break even, maybe make a little. If you want to be really good, make the sandwich, wrap it in saran wrap to help protect from any moisture, And you should probably tape the edges of the gemini too.
  8. cuz nobody actually reads these comics? I actually read the Thanos copter one. I am not sure why. It made about as much sense as one of those hostess fruit pie ads that are a one page comic.
  9. Yeah, that is getting $, but there have been a lot of SW swipes like that, right?
  10. 20 8 episode a season shows is 160 shows a year. Just over 3 a week. Not oversaturation at all. If they're 10 episode shows then 200. 4 a week, That's nothing.
  11. They dragged out Disney+ with one show for a year charging people $8 a month with no frigging content other than Baby Yoda. A complete ripoff compared to Netflix. I honestly don't think they can oversaturate the market with quality shows. If they're , then yes. I was watching all the Marvel Netflix shows and the DC shows at one point (OK, some stuff like Cloak & Dagger and Black Lightning, not so much). It doesn't sound like they are dropping 20 at once.
  12. Ditto, about 1/3 of my packages I dropped off on Tuesday haven't been scanned in yet, the rest are floating around the country. Somehow a package got misdirected going from Brooklyn and Queens. Quite literally the distance of a pleasant bike ride. A $250 item, so I am a bit stressed, but I actually spoke to a fraud person and she put my mind at ease that it had just temporarily got off track and was en route again. The tracking note made it sound like someone had put in a fake forwarding request on the buyer and the package was going to another part of the county.
  13. 1st Thanos Copter should really be the premiere book in the run. Always.
  14. Didn't even realize it was pre-MS 32. 35 cent cover price in 1975 when other comics were 25 cents confused me.
  15. VGish copies sold for around $15. If your's is a 9.0 or 9.2, what's the ratio? Should be $80-100?
  16. I need to find my copy of this one. Irritated the shop limited us to only one copy (but maybe that's why there was still one there for me):nd
  17. about 2 years ago my LCS had a long box of the dark horse SW books 15 for $10 they just got in that they were unloading. I had no idea which ones mattered and did not have the energy to figure it out, so I plucked a few cool covers, a boba fett here and there, and left the rest to the next guy. maybe I passed on getting that new furnace I could really use...
  18. It went for $650, right? This one was $825: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Uncanny-X-Men-94-CGC-8-0-VF-featuring-the-1st-new-X-Men-team/303706485682?hash=item46b65133b2:g:6y0AAOSwUvFfcDXM $825 is not enough? It is an 80s book. There are a lot out there. How many 80s DC or Marvel books are even close to that? ASM 300? ASM 238 (only due to the tatooz is it that expensive). "Popular characters in DC" .. storm is an intergalactic star and colosus has been the hilarious straight man in two deadpool movies! If it had been the first appearance of Beast Boy too you might have an argument...
  19. 5 years older, square bound harder to find in grade, 2nd full wolverine, 1st storm, nightcrawler, colossus, the start of the biggest super hero title/family in comics... really not a comparison with raven, cyborg, and starfire. How about this comparison..about the same: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BATMAN-251-CGC-8-0-CLASSIC-JOKER-COVER-NEAL-ADAMS-1973/264872863079?epid=85520110&hash=item3daba72567:g:QG4AAOSwzC1fWTQL https://www.ebay.com/itm/Uncanny-X-Men-94-CGC-8-0-VF-featuring-the-1st-new-X-Men-team/303706485682?hash=item46b65133b2:g:6y0AAOSwUvFfcDXM roughly the same price, x-men 94 is kind of a historical start of a run, batman 251 has a cool cover...
  20. Maybe I'm wrong and I haven't seen stickers, I've just seen these kind.
  21. (The last three are all WDCS 97s) I'm trying to figure out this variant thing. Now I'm finding out there are Dell variants with different back cover art, and I've known about some price variants for a while. So really it's not a rarity thing as these subscription copies are very common, it's the rarity of getting them in decent shape because they were tossed in the mail.
