When I read over it. I did seee the selling/grading  part , but doesn't it reference this is supposed to be for their "private collection " (i.e. not commercial) and that these submissions and requests need to be filed with HR?

To me this has probably been part of their hiring package all along ,  but with all of the paperwork comes a Non Disclosure and they didn't want all of us to know what benefits come as an employee.

These illusive second printings were gifts from a great friend. I’m still floored by this amazing gesture. I still have a ways to go to on the multiple printings, and most of the ones I still need are very hard to find and most likely will be very expensive if they come up for sale! Crossing these two additions off the list was a huge boost to my set.

It was packaged in a box not a blister card... so I don't have an accompanying bubble and tray.

I will try to work up a mock up for card and bubble and see of I can get it worked out. Think it would make a neat display out of a horrible mold.

I can understand going back, but instead of garbage, I think it would look good on a Misery card with block of wood between the ankles and sledge hammer  all with a vintage look to it. 

Something like this, but most of the character back drop is the bed , remove the axe from image and place a hammer in the bubble.

Yeah. I have seen his "Hilltop" books a couple of times.  

Funny now that I know, when I look him up currently he has 2 other double cover issues (not the same ) for sale . 1 of those looks suspicious.  Then when I go to his completed listing he sold an Aliens: Earth Wars #1 (Jun 1990) Double Cover that also looks a little suspect. Back cover bottom edge doesn't line up properly, marks around staples ( more noticeable on back)

Well I had to look it up by feedback I had given as it didn't show in my purchases. 

It was johlawles34 . 

He had it advertised as 9.4-9.6 error double cover. .

Thank you.  I appreciate it. I am almost so tired of looking at these books now that once they are fixed I will probably be selling them.

with the way both of these last in house signings have gone , I have cancelled my auto renew and will not be a paid member anymore. I will not be submitting anymore until they get this chit show together.

this one got a CGC 9.6 . it too has some small Newton Rings, the biggest issue is that CCS doesn't look like they touched this book. I actually believe it picked up a few more NCB ticks.   

Millennium Edition: Crisis on Infinite Earths # 1 Chromium Edition.

Came back CGC 9.8 ( very small Newton Ring spot just above lower left corner DC logo, which I can live with this one )

Batman #442 Double Cover.

or so I thought... ( This one was an ebay pickup less than a week before the deadline and I rushed to get it in) 

My mistake. Unlike the Superman #1 double cover I believe CGC 100% on this one. When I look back at my Raw pictures as well as examine the graded book in hand both front edges of 1 cover are shorter then the underlying cover as well as some issues around that bottom staple. 

 got the Qualified 1st cover Married. (outer 9.2) interior cover 9.4

(Also has some Newton Ring streaks through Robin and up by Logo.)

as you saw above this one was originally a CGC 9.6 and after them handling it pressing and cleaning it , came back a CGC 9.6, but now with Newton Rings down the right side of the front.
