If you put them in a plastic bin, with a lid, you're basically creating a humidity chamber. I would avoid this. (MIGHT be ok if you use dessicant, but still...) If you've got musty smelling books, I'd change out the bags/boards and store them separately. IMO card board comic boxes are your best bet. Unfortunately your current conditions aren't ideal for comics. 😣

Yes it's a 9.6 (because the CGC grade says 9.6) No the book hasn't been "swapped". Yes you can send it in for "reholder" services.

Once a submission shows finalized/ imaged/shipped you should be able to click on the submission number to view the grade information. Sounds like a site issue, try again later. If that's still happening then call CGC.

No CGC does not store pictures of all books once slabbed and graded. "Finalized / Imaged / Shipped" is the catch all status to show your submission is complete. Imaging is an optional add-on service. If you upgrade before the submission is actually received into the the system by CGC, the credit will go towards it.

For anyone interested: Re-received by CGC on 05/24. So the progress thus far: 2 Modern Fast Track for pressing/grading received into the system by CGC 03/17, invoiced by CCS 04/30, re-received by CGC 05/24.

CGC "Received" on 05/18/21. So only a few (4-5?) months until the results...

You can ship them TO CGC all together, but you will have to pay seperate return shipping for each different tier.

I'd like to site this as the perfect example of why another companies "Verified Signature Program" is useless garbage. Stan's (and so many other artists) signatures vary so wildly... to say that an unwitnessed signature is "verified authentic" is a total farse.

If you want a quick definitive result, call them. Emailing is a waste of your effort, if they respond at all it will be a week or two. The Ask CGC forum is hit or miss as to whether or not they actually help.

@GAMBIT Landed the grade I was expecting! 🥳🤘 I'll share the remarque when it gets here in who knows how long. (Registered Mail............. )

I have 2 modern fast track unwitnessed signed books SFG at the moment where I requested a universal grade. Both books by my estimation are AT LEAST 9.4 (except for the sig) if not higher. Should only be another week or two and we'll have an answer on how much a signature drops the grade. (Assuming my estimations are correct AND they honor the request) I'll do my best to remember to post the results here.

I finally caved and called after weeks of no response to multiple emails and no help on the boards. I hated it, I hate calling. It's like sending a fax, feels prehistoric... That being said, they resolved the issue immediately. Soooooo if anyone else is having the same problem, calling is the way to go.
