I'm not 100% sure on this one, but shouldn't Rocket's left foot (toes/paws/whatevers) be brown like the rest?? It's hard to tell because his right foot appears to have a bulbous covering where the (toes/paws/whatevers) would be. Its not consistent...

Not terribly interesting but it is a classic cover that I'm guessing many missed the error...

I'm pretty sure its Daredevil 197 (wolverine cover) that is the "Thumb" issue referenced (where the image link is broke).

I don't have a copy handy...

I actually tried what you said. I went through all my topics but did search "roof top battle covers" which isn't accurate vs how I remembered it.

Bonus if you can find a roof top corner that is not breaking off...
