  1. Why is She-Hulk so popular the past few weeks? Am I missing something?
  2. I never read any Star-Load comics, are they good? How is the writing and artwork? A few times I considered getting the 1st app but never did.
  3. I would think during the 90's it was Spawn, now IMO Deadpool is the more popular. I like both characters but have not read Spawn since issue 50.
  4. I don't own any or collect them but IMO they would carry a premium due to them being rare and odd. Like most I think it would depend on the issue's collectibility as well as the condition.
  5. Go to a used book store or even LCS and buy a pile of $1 used digest and double digest. There is no real point where you need to jump on most of the stories are all self contained except a few mini series.
  6. Loving the Hex run. I never read morning Glories, is it good?
  7. The zombie thing is a fade like many other fades (Vampires a few years back). It will likely some dry up so hopefully if they are doing an Archie zombie movie it gets done quickly. There will always be zombie fans but there is a lot of fade people right now making it even more popular. I guess ghost are next .
  8. I can't wait until they get enough to do a digest, that will be awesome.
  9. Couple new additions I just added to my PC. I need #1 if any one has one available. Another great digest cover in high grade. I love the colors on this cover.
  10. Archie was the comic I collected and read most growing up. There was only 1 drug store in my small town and they sold Archie, Mad, Sugar and Spice and a few other titles. I never owned a Archie Digest #1 so being such a big life long fan I thought it was time for me to add one to my PC. Here it is
  11. A few new additions. Nothing big but some personal faves I am a fan of Harley, she is a great character. Next up a few digest Archie digest 1. I never owned a copy of but Archie digest was the staple of my collection growing up. It really is a must have for my PC. Growing up western movies was a big part of life. I would watch western movies with my dad every sunday. I was a huge Clint Eastwood western guy and Hex and Eastwood were so similar. A huge fan of both. One of my favorite comic covers, such a fantastic cover you can almost feel the rain . Nice high grade as well Another great digest cover in high grade. I love the colors on this cover. As a kid I owned a complete run of Hex from ASW, WWT and Hex series. Back around 15 years ago I traded it to a friend who really wanted it. I regretted it ever since and decided to rebuild it. I don't have a big comic budget so it will take some time but over the next few years I will get there . Hex 1, another fantastic cover Hex 7-8 a must have for any Hex fan. Great story and explain what happened to his face. Awesome reads and again cool covers Hex 92, final issue of the run and a little harder to find. Another great story and cover. A popular book even with non hex collectors Dc Hex Spectacular. Death of Hex and a tough book to find. I remember how much I loved the back cover on this book as a kid. Any how nothing really big but some childhood books that I wanted back in my PC.
  12. Zombies and horror will help hold its popularity for a long time. The rarity of the early issues mixed with the cult following of the series and Zombies in general makes this a long term hit. I enjoy the show more than the comic. My wife, son and myself watch it every week, we love it. I think most of the modern haters and WD haters haven't even read the series or watched the show. I love all years of comics and styles, I wasn't a WD fan from the beginning. I gave it a shot and I am glad I did. I still love my old Spidey and FF books as well as my usagi yojimbo, Archie and Conan but I have room for TWD. I hope the show continues as well as the comics. I love that both are going in different paths and not exactly the same, that's boring.
  13. I am. When I get them I will read them and post here and actually contribute.
  14. Awesome, very cool of you. Shoot me a PM with your address and I'll send you the first ten or so issues for free.
  15. okay guess I didn't miss much. I guess I won't bother wasting $5 picking one up to read.
  16. I bought an ASM 238 from Jsilverjanet, Hector had great communication and shipped well packaged and quick. Thanks again.
  17. I love this book but still amazed at how high the high grade copies have jumped considering its not really rare with many many more 9.8 copies to come. Scared to think what a 9.9 or 10 would go for.
  18. How many 9.8 are there so far? I have a feeling cgc will start seeing a lot more of these comics sent in for grading. Market will likely get flooded with 9.0 - 9.6 with people hoping for a 9.8 or higher.
  19. According to marvel they are not second prints any more but now variants
