This copy of Jann has a paper stapled to the first page which says Eastern Color on it. I have never heard of Eastern Color file copies. If anyone has any info I'd be interested. The paper has obviously been there for a while. Mike

Vampires John was just putting the sign up for me since he knows I would want it. This is one of the few raw Metro books that I have actually kept (I've given up now). At the same time that I bought this I also got another early Strange Tales graded F/VF. It looked great until I noticed that the centrefold was dettached. They allowed me to return the book with no questions asked, reposted it on their site as a VG (basically admitting they made a mistake) and still made me pay the return postage.

This has got to be one of the best covers ever!

This one is probably a 7.0 (Heritage VF), but it is a Mile High with Romita art.

I can't believe that I didn't know about this thread as I am a big Atlas collector. Buying only VF and better means that you don't pick up too many books each year, but here are a few from 2007:

The Strange Tales story is stand alone. I haven't read the JIM, but if they are related you can't tell from the ST story. Mike

Two books from Blazing Bob: #157 - NM #166 - 9.2 A surprisingly hard book to find in grade. I bought this one in June and it finished my 135-168 run. I now just need upgrades to 136 and 146 to have all these books in NM- or better.
