  1. Don't be so quick to generalize. You might want to check Timmay's Iron Man #15 PGX to CGC comparison a few pages back!
  2. Why would the grading tier matter? I'm not disagreeing, just genuinely curious...
  3. Congrats Timmay! Interesting...a PGX 9.0 becomes a CGC 9.6...wonder how the devoted PGX- bashers will spin this?
  4. But really, to avoid all that danger...the best way is to have the pizzas delivered to a public place miles away from your home. And of course you must wear a disguise when picking up and paying for them so you won't be recognized. And finally, make sure you drive all over the place on your way home...making lots of unneccessary turns and backtracking to guarantee you are not followed!
  5. Anyone complaining about you posting pictures of your daughter can kiss mine as well. I agree. They can go fudgethemselves. Kenny, so sorry you felt you needed to pull those awesome pictures. Whatever freak told you to stop "Pimping your daughter" needs to come up out of their mom's basement and get some fresh air!
  6. I understand the gist of your post and agree to some extent, but I think your analogy quoted above is greatly exaggerated. Remember this is NOT eBay or CNN.com...it's an obscure message board that serves a very tiny niche community. I'd say a better analogy (as opposed to screaming your personal info. out your window magnified 10x) would be perhaps whispering your personal info. out your window during a heavy rainstorm. I'm all about safety and security, but it wouldn't bother me at all to post a picture of my kids here. I totally respect your concern and warning, but it's not like people are posting their ATM codes or pictures of their family in suggestive poses with addresses and phone numbers!
  7. It may show up, but I hope you packed it well...I had a Priority Box arrive after 60 days...yes, 60 days...and it looked like it had been run over by a forklift and then dragged behind the mail truck for a few thousand miles. Also, tracking doesn't help if the item is lost...in the case of my 60-day Priority Box, the tracking info just said that it had been sent from such and such Post Office on such and such date. Then on the day it arrived, it changed to: Delivered in Orlando, FL I agree with the others in that you will have to bite the bullet and refund if it doesn't show. Good luck!

  9. Cal...tell us for gosh sakes!!!! Sheesh, the purpose of this thread is to name names! And we're all still waiting on Buffyfan to unleash the "big name" he teased us with in the original thread. This thread is useless unless we know who the heck people are talking about!

  12. Why are people responding to this thread without giving the member's name? It doesn't help anybody if you don't name names! Sheesh!
  13. A HUGE thank you to skypinkblu for a wonderful lot of kids comics for my 8-year old daughter. They were in beautiful condition, well packed and shipped super-fast...all for a dirt-cheap price!
