Ok, thanks guys! I'll have to add to the list the following issues into the DB as they don't exist: TRUE TO LIFE ROMANCES 3-21 BINGO COMICS #1 SPORT THRILLS 11-15 HI-HO COMICS 1 EAGLE COMICS 1, 2 MIGHTY BEAR 13, 14 UNSANE 1 WESTERN ROMANCES 106 JUNGLE THRILLS 16 INTIMATE SECRETS OF ROMANCE 1, 2 SMASH-HIT SPORTS 1 FLAMING WESTERN ROMANCES 3 I already updated the Captain Flight & Dime Comics plus I recalled a few others like TOYTOWN and TAFFY Comics. Then along with the Classics Illustrated there was another title called "The World Around Us." I'm aware of a few of the CI issues that he did, as I own a few of the cover proofs, and I'll update them as I locate them. I've seen 3 or 4 of the TWAU issues credited to Cole, but if anyone has any info I'd be glad to document it. Without the CI / TWAU issues I count 370 covers total. I'll re-run the list after I update the CI issues at least. Maybe after I add the above issues into the DB too. We'll see. Thanks!

Ok, just to show you I wasn't kidding, here's a preliminary list I was able to dig up. I can add a few more columns if you guys want to see other types of data, if it's available from my software that is. One example is the "Notes" column. I'm pulling this from my ComicBase DB that I just upgraded to version 16 of. I'm finding it easier to run reports from and I know a little SQL so it's not that hard for me. I know that some titles are missing. For example TRUE TO LIFE ROMANCES isn't yet listed because I have to add that title to the DB (I guess it's not that popular of a title among CB users!). SPORT THRILLS and BINGO COMICS #1 are two other ones that need adding on. But besides all of that, here's the list! If you have any other additions let me know and I'll edit the software when I can. It's up to 322 covers, then add on the others that I mentioned that are missing and you're likely near 350. Whadda think? The hand is right because we're looking at the back of it. I think the problem is the elbow bend. Try putting your arm in that pose - it's possible but not something you'd do naturally. (Well, not if you have my right elbow anyway.) Yeah, I tried posing like that while looking at the picture and nearly dislocated something. Glad nobody saw my here in my cube at work.

Latest purchase: Indian Warriors #7. Actually a few of these have sold lately. I think there's a GCG 7.0 out there now. This copy looked mighty fine to me, and the price was right!

Just secured this one off of ebay (listing's scan), Terrors of the Jungle 20, This isn't the best copy, but it's a tough one to get in nice shape. There was another copy out there last week, but there was a spot on the front cover that was killing me. This one may have a bit out of a corner here and there, but I think presents better - and was cheaper! Now, if I can just get a #21 I'll have the high numbered run (which I think also came first). Then I'll still need the 4-8 to complete the whole run.

Awesome! What comic is that one from? It was reprinted in Amazing Mystery Funnies 2/7, but appeared earlier in another issue somewhere. Centaur was well-known for shuffling/reprinting select stories around. The full story ("The C-20 Mystery") is available in the Bill Everett Archives Vol. 1, Amazing Mysteries, from Fantagraphics Books. Highly Recommended. Thanks! I got the "Fire and Water" book about Bill, but the archives book is still on my Amazon wish list. I'll have to bump it up! Oh, BangZoom: I totally recognized that panel and the Archie comment still threw me for a loop!

I like the colors on the #12 better. I'm thinking of setting up another group display or 2. Maybe I'll grab my TT run!

I think you'll be ok. I just got in all the books I posted over the last week yesterday! And speaking of posting early, I won this one last night. There are a bunch of them on ebay, but I was looking for an affordable one that presents well and I think I found it: CONTACT COMICS #7 I actually was flipping through my Contact #8 the other day, and the Tommy Tomahawk story is quite insane. These Indians get in planes and shout "CHEROKEE!!!!" as they take on the Japanese. It's hysterical! Now... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE POINT ME IN THE DIRECTION OF A CONTACT #5?!?!?! It's the only issue I need to complete the whole Contact run!!!!

Nice pickup. I thought of bidding on that Target Western book because it's a bit nicer than my current copy (mine is cut much closer to the text on the bottom) but I passed. Glad it's going to a nice home!
