  1. Some of the new marvel labels are obscured by the cgc hologram on the right side. The FF label has Thing almost entirely obscured. The Hobgoblin one is obscured on the right side of the ripped Spidey costume. They should put the hologram on the back.
  2. Could it be the pages were so impacted by the fading they didn't bother classifying
  3. Yeah I believe the one without the wording is from 1980. I've been trying to find it on GPA but I don't think there's a census for it. I think it was only available in Toys r us? I don't know. Got any more information on it?
  4. Not really. It was just a promotional giveaway from Aim toothpaste. A laundry detergent did this as well. Buy Aim toothpaste, get a free comic. 40 years later you have a cool little collectors item unless you beat it to death.
  5. He's near Tampa so not far from where I am. The packaging was fantastic! Very safe. I think I saw the OA for that splash page on Clink or somewhere else being auctioned not too long ago.
  6. Hey, kid -- buy my comics or I'll stun you with my ray gun and throw you in the specimen cage!
  7. I love these stories! Would you still have it? What store in particular if you don't mind me asking? Supermarket, drugstore?
  8. Me in the bronze picture frame thread and the silver FF, spidey threads
  9. With love 🥰 😘 💕 💕 My jealousy is in the silver thread 😫
  10. 90 day for both are just above 6200 and 7200. The 9.0s have been reaching above 7k recently however.
  11. Have you tried opening an inquiry? You can do it on the website.
  12. I've had one package leave December 20th from NJ to south Florida arrive fairly seamless. Another from Philadelphia left a couple of days later I won't be seeing for some time. Its stuck in Arkansas. Both priority mail. Latest one from Tampa I thought shouldn't have too much trouble being in south FL...next thing I know it's in Atlanta Georgia .
  13. None of thes are new. I'm just posting up some eye candy for the thread perusers . My three favorite Mcfarlane covers 🤟.Turn it sideways if on a phone.
  14. I think maybe these qualify. There are some TEC Joker covers from the golden age might fit this theme.
  15. Its interesting because you have DD 89 which is almost identical to 86 in cover composition. There's 28 89s in 9.6 and up non qualified and ~76 total compared to 7 86s and 41 total. Go figure . It was a somewhat early Electro appearance so maybe that played into it? Doesn't explain #91 however. It implies the true high grade near mint census of 86 is quite higher than appears to be.
  16. Anybody know why Daredevil 86 is so low in census compared to other similar black PFs??? There's only 41 total. There are a few other black PFs. They aren't particularly important or noteworthy unless I'm mistaken?
  17. Yeah GPA reports data from those two. Infact they hyperlink the sales from mycomicshop the same way they do with heritage.
  18. GPA reports sales from comicconnect. I'm pretty sure they always have. I was just looking up x-men 94 in 9.6 in which the last data point was an auction on comicconnect. Same thing with x-men 100 in 9.8
  19. We know at least the first half of 2021 will be in the dumper. Anyone expecting rapid improvement just because the year is different will be disappointed. If 2020 was a giant sewage explosion 2021 is gonna catch the stench of a thousand stink bombs.
  20. Its already shown serious movement in 9.6. I'm not sure about the other grades but 9.6 has shot way up with the last two auctions. Maybe 9.4 from the little I've seen. 9.8s don't sell that often otherwise I'm sure it would of shot up as well. #100 has been hot and possibly 101.
  21. Not entirely. If you're looking at a 9.4 9.6 (maybe) Mcfarlane yellow. If the means are there now might be the time to strike. You could still have a high grade blue label for a reasonable price.
