  1. If you really want to delete the post, you can click in the upper right where it says "Report Post". However, this can also serve as a warning about the True Believers reprints being mis-represented as originals, so may be good to keep anyway
  2. Purchase price, value, and many other fields are there, although it's not easy to mass update. You click on the comic, then the edit "pencil" icon, then select the "Personal" tab. That's where I set the condition for all my CGC items (I also have to add each condition value, such as CGC 9.6, CGC SS 9.8, etc) But I also really like the app, and is very handy in making sure I don't buy stuff I already have, as well as maintain my wishlist.
  3. Looks like Captain Action #5. I actually know nothing of the comic, I just did a reverse google image search, which returned some Captain Action links. I then opened up my CLZ app (or look in mycomicshop) and looked at the Captain Action covers (there are only 5)
  4. Based on other posts on the board (I don't sell on ebay), I think a buyer can return an item for pretty much any reason and ebay will allow it...even if you don't offer returns.
  5. Yeah, not sure why they made the "merc with the mouth" actually have no mouth....
  6. In no particular order, but Doctor Strange may be my favorite: - Doctor Strange - Ant-Man and the Wasp - Avengers - Spiderman - Wonder Woman - Batman (Michael Keaton) - Superman III (nostalgia factor there) - Guardians of the Galaxy - X-Men 2 - Batman: Under the Red Hood
  7. Cozmo = my nickname. One = well Cozmo was already taken, and I like Rogue One... Avatar = from an episode of the Simpsons where they visit a swap meet, and homer pulls all these valuable items out of a 5-cent box
  8. Hi, does this mean you were able to get the X-23s picked up as well? Stay safe over there!
  9. Interesting article that came out today. https://www.thedailybeast.com/stan-lee-would-like-to-set-the-record-straight-will-anyone-let-him?via=twitter_page "I don’t miss the signings. I miss the creating"
  10. International box office seemed to do ok :) From BoxOfficeMojo: Total Lifetime Grosses Domestic: $80,030,000 39.0% + Foreign: $125,200,000 61.0% = Worldwide: $205,230,000
  11. From the article ComicConnoisseur just posted, 85% of women over 25 liked it! Venom drew 68% males on PostTrak to 32% females, with 36% males over 25 the biggest group, followed by 32% guys under 25, 19% females over 25 (they loved it the most 85%; gotta be the Hardy factor), and females under 25 at 13%. Diversity breakdown is 36% Caucasian, 27% Hispanic, 19% African American, 11% Asian and 6% Other. I hope these new estimates now hold so we can surely get a Carnage-centered sequel.
  12. At least we got some memes from it....
  13. I got the email too, but was under the impression it was only for those dropped off at NYCC. Or can we send in other books as well?
  14. Thought this was interesting regarding the troll reviews (not sure how respectable movieweb is?) https://movieweb.com/venom-negative-reviews-online-lady-gaga-fans/ In my completely unscientific and anecdotal research, I like to see how full the bookings are at the local big theaters. Venom is already 80+% filled for the evening showings at least, so that bodes well - especially when I compare it to how Solo looked at this time. Granted, Solo was also showing in twice as many theaters, but I don't think any where sold out and I'm guessing had a bigger expectation/budget/marketing push. I hope it does well, however I'm not sure if I'll see it at the theater yet. My 9-year daughter actually wants to see this (!), but I want to check out the reviews first as I like more of the "Ant-man" movie vibe. My guess is $67m domestic opening and the expected roasting by the critics.
  15. My first post above has a link to the "current turn around rates at CGC" that you can click on. Check out the most recent posts for a good indication of times
  16. Grades and the grader's notes won't show up until it is marked "shipped/safe", then a hyperlink for "grader's notes" will appear. Not many 9.6 or 9.8 will actually have notes, however. I think they would still be free on the lowest level, but I'm not 100%
  17. They do not charge your card until some time after they have received your books. I used the online submission form, and they just credited the necessary amount and only charged my card the remaining due
  18. Keep in mind that mine were fast track option, and were done before SDCC and all the big conventions. I believe this may be their busiest time of year. I'd refer to the latest posts in the thread I linked to have more current TATs in each category
  19. Here are just a couple of awesome drawings sent by the legendary @kav! My daughter Ariel really likes Black Widow and "Girl Thor", and Dr Strange and X-23 are some of my favorites. He also drew several other favorites of ours. If I can get my scanner going, I would post better pics of them all. Thanks!
  20. I'd like to give my impression on posts....err, post impression-ism
