  1. 9 more hours for this sale. At that point, I will probably close out this sale thread. Please get in your orders ASAP. Thank you.
  2. Another well-packaged stack on the way and in the mail, and one on hold for additional orders. Sale ends at midnight Pacific time! Get 'em in ASAP!
  3. I keep seeing comics I have listed here for $2.50 right now, and they are listed in other threads for $10, $20, and even $30 in NM! Make sure you are really looking this list over. There are some absolute bargains here for NM and higher copies.
  4. For folks in the LA area, I'm open to offers for the remaining books. Obviously, shipping would be expensive for 1,000 comics, plus the boxes they are in. I would be happy to throw in my leftover Mylars and backing boards. Let me know!
  5. Current 75% sale ends at midnight, Friday, 30 Aug! Get in your orders ASAP, so I can get them pulled, packaged, and in the mail by Saturday. Celebrate the Labor Day weekend with incoming high grade, comics!
  6. Come on now! Are you fine folks looking over the list of awesome and high grade comics? Let's get this party started!
  7. All comics now 75% off! Get super awesome high-grade comics and help feed the poor! What a combo deal! Check out the feedback. With several hundred comics sold thus far, only two rejects. These are great copies.
  8. Oh, and I sold off my statues and some misc stuff on eBay. Not sure why, but I didn't even get any offers on some great Marvel minis and larger Spidey statues. And no. I was not asking ridiculous prices. I guess many folks on here already have their own.
  9. Just an update...I know some of you are curious. I went through the collection, and I pulled all of the better books, and submitted them to CGC for pressing and grading. These books have now all been pressed, graded/slabbed, and sent to Texas to sell. It was expensive and took months, but I have made way more than it cost to cover the fees. For the copies submitted for grading, 9.8 W is the most common followed by 9.6 W and 9.4 W. Very few rejects below 9.2. Those buying from my collection are getting topnotch, NM and above copies as stated in my thread. The remaining books are up for sale in my current thread, with all proceeds (less postage) going to charity (Food For The Poor). "We've" made $1,685 for FFTP so far. I went from a little under 2,000 comics to a little over 1,000 remaining, and I'm still selling them to clear them out and to make money for FFTP. I'll provide an update later on, but I am very happy with how the process has gone for me. I'm making good money on the graded books for my family, and I'm moving the lesser books to collectors at bargain prices while helping the poor in Central and South America. It's Win, Win, Win!
  10. Come on, $3 apiece for NM and higher Spidey books and a couple of odds and ends? Such a bargain! Postage is more than the books for a small order. Let's go! Great comics and food for the poor. How can you beat that combo? Let me know if you want to see some books, but at $3 each, what's the risk?
