    The thicker cases are generally for books that are thicker then normal. A prestige format or book with quite a few added pages. This book does not belong in a thick case clearly. Call CGC and ask what can be done...

    Hawk- Speaking as someone who has had a crossbow arrow through my skull and eye socket... I was able to finish laundry, make dinner and run 4 miles before it set in fully. It was as realistic as can be...plus Abraham had to finish his dialogue...part of his contract

    I would not say this issue is a good investment... There have been numerous deaths in key issues and if memory serves several deaths in not so key issues. I bought a few extra 9.8 raw copies for a signing I have soon, but as far as raw... Slight bump maybe?

    WD has cooled off a bit. Not a shock. It is far and above what it was 6 months ago and will probably heat up again closer to the show. For those that read the book, we all know it only gets better from here on out In other words, the time to buy is now (and I have been). Buy when the market is low, sell when its high...works in all walks of life...
