Sadly I can totally see them not being 9.8 on eBay. I look at them everyday and you can see the spine stresses or dings in most pictures. I think most of the sellers if not all are very up front about the grades though...

+1 Though I wonder if opinion differs based on if someone started by reading the comic first or watching the TV show. But that's just it. The comic is about survival. And not just that, but also about rebuilding communities and holding onto your own humanity during this catastrophe. Ummm, the world has gone down the pooper due to a zombie apocalypse. No realistic depiction of that is going to have the characters skipping around, holding hands, exclaiming "Gee willikers!" at the sight of a zombie horde. Honestly, I'm not really sure what you were expecting. In my opinion, any vulgarity in TWD is at least justified, unlike, say, just about any comic released by Avatar these days. What scares me more then a zombie plague is that I am actually agreeing with you TJ on many things lately

That is what I am talking about. He has done so many obscure weirdo books that have never been SS'd except for the copies he has done, making them by default top census one of a kinds. Also, KM was doing it way before Richie, and KM was doing it for other people, not just himself. KM once did 90 SS books for me in 2 weeks. Just so everyone is clear. I am just busting balls. They both are my homies and worthy of all respect and awe. But Richie you have to watch; he will drink beer while you are drinking double bourbons.
